La protección constitucional de la familia en América Latina

family is a social institution, and, on the basis of its purposes, a social, plural and complex unit, it is not a simple group of units, of individualities separated or isolated, and we must protect it, taking into account the major interest of this one, and not to face the interests of each member, but to make compatible the interests of all its members.
