LA CONSTITUCIóN POLíTICA DE 1991 Y LA APERTURA ECONóMICA

this paper analyzes the incidences of liberal thought on formulation of political constitution of colombia established in 1991, as a part of its explicit fundament. additionally, the incidence on the decisions made about it was reviewed, which in any way, affected political, social and economic life of colombian people. it is concluded that neoliberalism as theory and market policy establishes conditions to apply in constitutional design, based on redesign of game rules proposed by washington consensus.
