the presence of osteochondroma in children up to 15 years old was studied in a period of 10 years. an exel file was created and the chi square statistical test was applied. the predominance of the disease among males and a higher frequency between children aged 6-10 were defined in the studied series. the unique form prevailed and pain was the most important symptom. it was mainly localized in the metaphyseal regions around the knee. ennekin’s active form predominated and the index of complications was low.
