Espondilitis anquilopoyética

authors present a 6-years course ankilopoietic spondylitis case without a appropriate treatment causing a flexion deformity and rachis movement limitations who was operated on to correct the deformity. a bibliographic review as carried out on disease as part of study to define and plan surgical treatment. results obtained using this technique (osteotomy of transpedicular substraction) are showed achieving the planned correction and a stable fixation in a minimal segment of lumbar spine.
