Tratamiento quirúrgico del síndrome de hipertensión rotuliana

a study was conducted among 22 patients with diagnosis of patellar hypertension syndrome that were surgically treated at “frank país” international scientific orthopedic complex. 81.8 % of the sample were females. it was observed that it affected mainly patients before the third decade of life. several techniques are explained and their results are evaluated.
