two patients suffering from pseudoarthosis of the tibia for a long time, with previous unsatisfactory treatment including other methods were presented. the extracorporeal shockwave therapy results to be an effective therapeutical technique in each case. the clinical picture along with the previous and final imaging were set forth. a literature review was made.
