Polibraquisindactilia en pacientes pertenecientes a tres generaciones de una familia

four patients of the same family affected with polybrachisyndactyly of hereditary nature are presented in this paper. the disorder has been present in 5 generations of this family. the disease bilaterally manifests in both hands and feet in all the patients; two of them were operated on. after the treatment, an acceptable esthetic outcome and good functioning of the hands were observed.
