Escherichia coli como causa de diarrea infantil

a medical literature review was made about escherichia coli as a cause of diarrhea. the different groups of e.coli are presented, also the pathogenic mechanisms, the clinical picture associated and its incidence on the infantile diarrhea are stated, according to studies performed in different parts of the world. the elements related to the diagnosis and the recommended therapeutical orientations are pointed out in this paper.
