Histiocitosis de células de Langerhans en el ganglio linfático: Características histopatológicas

langerhans cell histiocytosis in any of its clinical forms of presentation may have, among its manifestations, an adenic syndrome, but occasionally the lymph node is the only site of the disease. this article presents the histopathological characteristics of langerhans cell histocytosis in the lymph node. seven patients were studied: 2 diagnosed with letterer-siwe disease and 5 had lymph node occupation as the only manifestation. it also describes the morphological characteristics of langerhans cell histiocytosis in the lymph node, the differential diagnosis in relation to other entities and the clinical development of these patients.
