Presentación neurológica del adenocarcinoma de pulmón

authors presents the case of a inveterade smoker seen in consulting room, who refers a long term compressor diffuse headache and occasional loss of consciousness, accompanied by weight loss. all this picture associated to decrease of vision in left eye and instability for gait, polyuria, and polydipsia. she presented with left peripheral facial paralysis and inability for look aside left eye out and down, as well as protrusion of this same eye in post-admission days. initial possibility of a brain tumor was assessed and we conclude that this was a not much differentiate adenocarcinoma emerging with neurological symptoms without respiratory manifestations.
