Abstract: triauricular heart is a congenital heart disease that is mostly diagnosed during childhood. it may appear isolated or associated with another heart disease. the case of a pregnant woman who was diagnosed a triauricular heart ( cor triatriatum sinester ) on the second quarter of pregnancy by transthoracic echocardiography, was reported. the patient was mildly symptomatic and had palpitations. she evolved satisfactorily during the whole pregnancy and she was closely followed-up by the cardiologist. she had a transpelvic delivery. complications were not observed either in the newborn, or in the mother.
