the automated or semiautomated cuantitative methods applied to electromyography are undoubtedly a step of advance in the scientific development of this speciality and, in general, in its applications to clinical diagnosis. in the present paper we make a review on this regard, expressing their advantages and disadvantages, as well as their clinical applications.
