Abstract: the case of a female patient aged 47 was notified, which deceased 12 years after detection of multiple pulmonary metastases from a tumor with a low grade malignancy probably of metastatic origin with a relatively painless clinical course and spontaneous evolution. it was possible to determine the tumor neuroendocrine lineage by its appearance during the past year of multiple hepatic lesions. during the disease course it was not possible to identify the primary tumor.
