Calidad del registro de sintomáticos respiratorios en los laboratorios del municipio de Boyeros

objective: : to assess the fill of a new form for registry of respiratory symptoms in the staff of the polyclinic's laboratory. methods: a training seminar was conducted on the proper fill of the new registry document of laboratory bacteriologic examinations in two health areas of the boyeros municipality. the amount of empty items was measured, out of place and the inappropriate fill in the prior form and in the new one. results: with the prior form there was a 10,4% of empty items and a 5,4% registered out of place. with the new registry document were neither data out of place nor filled inappropriately and only a 0,3 % of empty items corresponding to patient's address. conclusions: it is evident the improvement in the fill quality of the new form for registry of respiratory symptoms in the laboratory of polyclinic.
