Evaluación de riesgos para la salud por exposición a residuos peligrosos

a methodology to evaluate health risks due to the exposure to hazardous wastes at the local level in "habana" litographic enterprise was applied. to apply the methodology, we visited the litographic enterprise and we interviewed specialists from the municipal center of hygiene and epidemiology (mche) to know the history of that place. the formal leaders of the community were surveyed to identify the preoccupations of the community regarding health and environmental pollution. the methodology may be applied fast, which allows to take preventive measures during its development.
