Plantas con propiedades antioxidantes

since the 70′s there has been an explosion in research and clinical areas regarding the study of free radicals and antioxidants. this field that till yesterday was controlled by chemists and biologists fundamentally has been rapidly invaded by medicine. the present paper is a literature review on plants with antioxidant properties and some of their mechanisms of action. it is commonly said that there are plants with such type of action but in most of cases their chemical composition is unknown
