Consideraciones inmunológicas sobre el rechazo del trasplante de córnea

present paper is a review on some immunological considerations related to the rejection of corneal transplantation, the procedure of high effectiveness transplantation science and one of the more used in past decade. the results obtained by different authors are described, the main elements and immunologic factors involved in the rejection of corneal transplantation, the own features, and the privilege of cornea for its prophylaxis.
