Contribuciones a la implementación de un programa de atención farmacéutica para paciente ambulatorio en un hospital de tercer nivel de Bogotá D.C., II-2005

the development of pharmaceutical care programs becomes an opportunity to improve and to strengthen the health care to the patient. the pharmacotherapy follow-up and the detection of drug related problems (drp) were made through the application of dader methodology. they were detected 19 drp and they considered about 31 pharmaceutical interventions; also, were evaluated the favorable and unfavorable administrative aspects for the implementation and development of the program.
