Optimización de un procedimiento de extracción de ADN para mosquitos anofelinos

a dna extraction protocol for anopheline mosquitoes was optimized by the evaluation of various incubation times of the sample with potassium acetate (kac). the results showed that the highest dna concentration and amplification frequency were obtained with the 1 h treatment, which suggests that is possible to reduce the incubation time with kac without affecting the amount and quality of the dna extracted.
