Evaluación del consumo energético de las máquinas de pivotes centrales eléctricas en la empresa cultivos varios la Cuba provincia Ciego de ávila

presently work is determined the electric power consumption in the pivot machines by means of the variations of the operation point between the characteristic curves of the bombs and the curve of the conduction, to know the influence of the same one regarding the energy consumption and starting from this, to propose energy indicators of production. they were considered the campaigns of watering of the year 2006 up to the 2011 in 5 pivot machines and 5 cultivations. the results showed that the phreatic levels oscillated among 3 to 10 meters varying the point of operation of the bomb from 5 to 10% of the design flow. an envelope electric power consumption existed with a low productivity from the cultivation product to a wrong handling and operation of the watering systems in some years. a high consumption of non associate electric power also exists directly to the production process with 5628,9 kwh, due to the losses of water in the towers, meetings and sprinkler. in the analysis economic reflection that the costs of the water and the energy are not representative when they are considered the production costs.
