Influencia de las obturaciones de los emisores en los sistemas de microirrigación en el rendimiento del cultivo de los cítricos

the work was carried out at citrus company of ciego of avila with the objective of developing investigations that enable to determine the influence of blocking of the emitters in the micro irrigation systems in the performance of the cultivation of the citruses. six types of emitters were selected for the level of sensibility to the blocking, resulting the supertif emitter the less sensitive. it was determined the number of blocked emitters according to the kind of water distribution mechanism during 2 000 hours, resulting the microjet type the one with higher level of blocking. it was also determined that blocked emitters positively influence the variation of water flow with different level of blocking. an economic analysis of the results was carried out, resulting that the effects provoked by blocking reduced the efficiency of crops in 5t/ha due to the decrease of the contributions of water required by the plants.
