Degeneración neoplásica de una úlcera venosa: presentación de un caso

a case of a 73 year-old patient is presented with antecedent of high blood pressure and a venous ulcer of 18 years of evolution that suffered neoplastic degeneration. it stands out the little frequency of this association, emphasizing that it should be present in the face of ulcers of torpid evolution, of hypetrophic aspect and that frequently and easily bleed. at the same time the frequency, characteristic and behavior that we should have presented is pointed out, being the histopathological study the fundamental one.
