Experience of traction using paster boot in fractures of bones of limb bones

Background: The authors report their experience in the traction with plaster boot for lower limb's fractures of children with 12% of bedsores by compression. This result seems to be better than the one obtains with sticking plaster in absence of adhesive plaster. Bedsores were not observed with application of cotton wool on heels and feet.
