The Impact of Leadership Employee Creativity:Based on LMX Theory

Abstract

In today's rapidly developing information technology society, enterprises need to continuously improve their innovation capabilities, which is based on a positive relationship between leaders and employees. This study explores the relationship between leader empathy and employee creativity, and based on the theory of leader member exchange (LMX), investigates how leader empathy affects employee creativity, And proposed the role of leadership empathy in organizations and how to cultivate empathy skills. The research results show that leadership empathy promotes the development of employee creativity. This conclusion can help enterprises improve the relationship between leaders and employees, and improve work efficiency.
