Concept, Orientation and System Mechanism: The Construction of On-Campus Training Base from the Essence of Vocational Education

Taking Beijing Vocational College of Social Management as an example, and according to the essence analysis of vocational education, this paper analyzes the concept, functional orientation and institutional mechanism of the construction of on-campus training base. And this paper also points that the construction of the on-campus training base should adhere to the principle of social service and resource advantage allocation. The on-campus training base should serve the practical training teaching and social services.
