Abstract

The socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is guided by Marxism-Leninism, which aims at cultivating citizens with ideals, morals, culture and discipline, and develops a socialist culture of the masses that is oriented towards modernization, the world, the future, and the nation’s science. With the rapid development of Internet technology, new media centered on the Internet is bringing mankind into the new media era. The rise of new media technology has been widely used, which has impacted the development of the traditional media industry and changed the traditional way of life and production, especially the way of communication and dissemination of human culture. As a new communication medium, new media provides convenience for the dissemination of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and brings opportunities for the development of socialist culture. However, in the current era of new media, socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is faced with the problem of insufficient dissemination. The dissemination and development of culture in the era of new media has its unique characteristics. This paper studies how to use the characteristics of cultural communication in the new media era to develop my country’s socialist culture. It is hoped that the research content of this paper can provide a reference for expanding the spread of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and promoting the development of my country’s socialist culture.
