Abstract: 在经济全球化背景下,西方发达资本主义国家对广大发展中国家进行后殖民主义的文化输出,西方教育和研究的价值观、方法论主宰了中国的科学研究和高等教育。而当前教育部提出的建设“新文科”是扭转这种趋势的重要契机,其中以建设哲学社会科学中国学派为最重要的内容。根据以往知名学派的建设经验,想要建设哲学社会科学的中国流派就势必要从研究方法论上打破西方的学术殖民,建设有中国特色的科学的研究方法论。本研究通过对历史上较为著名的学派建立过程中研究方法论发展变化的研究,指出研究方法论对学派的作用,为中国学派的创立提出警醒,并根据中国国情和研究方法论发展的规律,为中国学派的研究方法论建设提出一些建议。
Under the background of economic globalization, western developed capitalist countries export culture to developing countries, and more and more western values and entertainment lifestyles continue to scour the traditional Chinese values. The current Ministry of Education proposed that the construction of “New Arts” is a good opportunity to carry forward Chinese culture. The construction of the Chinese school of philosophy and social science is an important part of “New Liberal Arts”. In order to construct the Chinese school of philosophy and social science, it is necessary to break the western academic colonization from the research methodology and construct the scientific research methodology with Chinese characteristics. By studying the role of the development and changes of research methodology in the process of the establishment of the more famous school in history, this article points out the role of research methodology in the school, puts forward a warning for the establishment of the Chinese school, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the research methodology of the Chinese school according to China’s national conditions and the law of the development of research methodology.

Abstract: 研究了无机纳米粒子/丁苯胶乳的复合材料,用脂肪酸对纳米粒子进行了表面改性,使之均匀分散在丁苯胶乳中,用红外、吸油性,润湿试验等方法对改性纳米微粒进行了表征,纸张涂布和老化试验证明,纳米碳酸钙和纳米氧化锌具有优良的隔热效果,纳米氧化锌还有很好的防紫外老化功能,对以纳米TiO2为核,包覆苯丙共聚物的乳液矣合也作了初步研究。

Abstract:

互联网产业是国家战略新兴产业的支柱之一,一直是政府大力支持和扶植的产业,但互联网行业的特性使其具有激烈的市场竞争性,也使得互联网企业在发展过程中面临很多挑战。本文根据数据的可得性和因素的可衡量性,选取了中国内地157家上市互联网企业,运用2017年的截面数据,对不同资产规模下的企业进行因子分析、多元回归分析,探索互联网企业成长中的关键要素,以期找寻该类企业发展的规律并给予相应的政策支持。实证研究结果显示:营销能力、盈利能力、现金流量和收益质量正向影响互联网企业的成长,其中,盈利能力在企业资产规模中等偏大时的影响程度更大。偿债能力与营运能力对互联网企业的成长影响不大。互联网企业成长影响因素的资产规模异质性明显存在,资产规模越小的互联网企业,其成长受约束和影响的因素越多,互联网企业的生存发展之道是迅速做大作强。
Internet industry has been supported strongly by government as one of the pillars of national stra-tegic emerging industries. But Internet companies compete fiercely and face many challenges in their developing process because of the features of Internet industry. This paper analyzes the main determinants of Internet Companies’ growth selected 157 listed Internet companies based on the cross-sectional data of 2017 in China. The factor analysis and multiple regression analysis of enter-prises are carried out to explore the key elements in the growth of Internet companies based on the different asset sizes. The empirical findings indicate that the marketing capability, profitability, cash flow and earnings quality positively have a positive impact on the growth of Internet companies, and the profitability is greater when the assets scale is medium. That is, the better marketing capability, profitability, cash flow and earnings quality, the more conducive to the growth of Internet. Solvency and operating capacity have little effect on the growth of Internet companies. There is significant heterogeneity of asset scale among the determinants of growth in Internet enterprises. The smaller the asset size is, the more determinants that constraint and influence the growth of Internet enterprises have. The way for Internet enterprises to survive and develop is to grow bigger and stronger rapidly.

一种结合G.719编解码器的参数立体声音频编解码扩展方法

Abstract: 针对ITU-TG.719全频带音频编码标准尚不支持立体声压缩编码的问题,结合G.719编解码器提出并设计基于离散傅里叶变换(discreteFouriertransform,DFT)的参数立体声音频编解码扩展模块.输入音频信号进行DFT变换后在子带内提取相应的空间参数,并将左右声道下混为和声道;解码时,对和声道进行能量补充,分别运用等式法和基于Givens旋转的奇异值分解法(singularvaluedecomposition,SVD)进行解码恢复.测试结果表明,在G.719中合理设计参数立体声编解码可以获得较好的压缩效果,对于平缓的音乐,等式法比奇异值分解法可解码得到稍高的音质,且复杂度较低;对于变化较快的音乐,奇异值分解法可得到相对较好的音质,但复杂度较高.

Abstract: 神经胶质细胞在神经系统中扮演着重要角色,在广泛的认知中,神经胶质细胞起到了支持、运输营养物质,修复神经元,维持离子平衡,调节神经递质代谢等作用。对维持神经元周围局部微环境的稳定、实现神经元的功能具有重要意义。近年来,神经胶质细胞的生理功能及其在脑疾病中的重要作用逐渐得到广泛深入的研究。对睡眠的研究以往多集中在神经元上,近年来睡眠或者睡眠障碍与神经胶质的关系受到了诸多关注,本文就神经胶质细胞对维持昼夜节律以及服务于睡眠功能的相关性进行综述。
Neuroglial cells play an important role in the nervous system, and in a wide range of perceptions, neuroglial cells play a role in supporting and transporting nutrients, repairing neurons, maintaining ionic homeostasis, and regulating neurotransmitter metabolism. It is important for maintaining the stability of the local microenvironment around neurons and realizing the function of neurons. In recent years, the physiological functions of neuroglia and their important role in brain diseases have gradually been widely and deeply studied. Research on sleep used to focus on neurons, but in recent years, the relationship between sleep or sleep disorders and neuroglia has received much attention, and this paper reviews the relevance of neuroglia to the maintenance of circadian rhythms and the service of sleep function.

Abstract: 以1-(3-吡啶基)-1,3-丁二酮和1,3-二(2-胺基苯氧基)-2-丙醇进行缩合得到席夫碱1,3-二(2-胺基苯氧基)-2-丙醇缩双1-(3-吡啶基)丁烷-1,3-丁二酮(l),并通过单晶x射线衍射解析了schiff碱配体(l)的结构。进一步将schiff碱配体l与金属铜(ⅱ)、铁(ⅲ)进行配位反应。采用uv-vis光谱技术,分别测定了铜(ⅱ)、铁(ⅲ)配合物的稳定常数。

Abstract: 开展师范专业认证,能够保障和提升师范类专业人才培养质量,为培养造就党和人民满意的高素质专业化创新型教师队伍提供有力条件。目前,高等教育的质量建设进入高质量发展阶段,人才培养质量必然是高质量的主要载体与核心内涵。人才培养质量达成度评价包含了人才培养质量、达成度和评价,是专业建设持续改进的主要依据,也是衡量产出的重要手段。作为普通高等学校开展师范类专业认证工作的一项重要内容,人才培养质量达成度评价是学校是否落实“学生中心、产出导向和持续改进”师范类专业认证理念的试金石,同时也是高校建立教育教学质量保障机制的重要抓手。因此,在师范专业认证理念下构建人才培养质量达成度评价体系,既是高等教育适应经济社会发展需要的必然之举,也是高等学校实现和证明自我价值的内在要求。
Carrying out teacher professional certification can hinder and improve the quality of training teachers, and provide powerful conditions for training high-quality professional and innovative teachers satisfied by the Party and the people. At present, the quality construction of higher education has entered a stage of high-quality development, and the quality of personnel training is inevitably the main carrier and core connotation of high quality. The achievement degree evaluation of talent training quality includes the quality, achievement degree and evaluation of talent training, which is the main basis for the continuous improvement of professional construction and an important means to measure the output. As an important part of teachers’ professional certification in colleges and universities, the achievement evaluation of talent training quality is a touchstone for schools to implement the concept of “student-centered, output-oriented and continuous improvement” teacher’s professional certification, and an important starting point for colleges and universities to establish education and teaching quality assurance mechanism. 局部约束模式对单颗粒破碎强度的影响

Abstract: 为了研究不同约束模式对单颗粒破碎的影响,通过改变颗粒的接触状态(接触点个数、接触角度)设计一系列约束模式.对描述颗粒接触状态的二维矩阵进行奇异值分解(SVD),得到量化颗粒约束状态的特征值.基于Voronoi图生成试样的随机不规则网格,在连续-离散耦合分析方法(FDEM)的基础上建立颗粒模型,研究颗粒的破碎强度和破碎形式与约束模式之间的关系,建立考虑颗粒约束模式的破碎阈值模型.通过大量的数值模拟结果可以看出,在颗粒破碎过程中,靠近竖直加载轴线的约束部位出现初始裂纹,并逐渐发展成为宏观贯穿裂缝,继而圆周侧向约束部位出现向顶部或底部约束部位扩展的裂纹.颗粒接触点或者配位数越多,SVD分解得到的平均奇异值越大,颗粒破碎阈值越高.在接触点或者配位数相同的情况下,约束模式对应的平均奇异值越高或偏状态程度越低,颗粒抵抗破碎的能力越强.
Abstract: A series of constraint modes were designed by changing the contact state of the particle, including the coordination number and contact position, in order to analyze the effects of local constraints patterns on fragmentation of single grain. The singular value decomposition (SVD) was applied to the two-dimensional matrix representing the contact state of particles, and the obtained singular values could make the constraint modes quantified. The mesh topology based on Voronoi diagram was applied to simulate the heterogeneous structure of particles. Plenty of numerical simulations of two-dimensional particle crushing was conducted by using the combined finite-discrete element method (FDEM) in order to reveal the effects of constraint modes on the failure strength and the crushing forms. The fragmentation threshold model was constructed. The numerical results show that during particle crushing, initial cracks appear near the loading axis and ultimately splitting the specimen. Other cracks originate from lateral contacts and generally reach the top or bottom contact. Higher mean singular value and enhanced critical force are resulted with increasing coordination number. With the same coordination number, the fragmentation threshold of grains gets higher as the mean singular value increases or the difference between the singular values decreases.
