Analysis of the Spatial Distribution Pattern of Guangzhou Cultural and Creative Industrial Park

Abstract: 文化创意产业园区建设是促进城市转型、经济增长的有效途径,广州市自20世纪90年代投入建设以来发展迅速。本文采用标准差椭圆、核密度分析、平均中心与平均最近邻等方法综合分析广州市75个重点文化创意产业园区的空间分布格局。分析结果表明:1) 广州市文创园空间分布从整体来看是高度集聚的,呈现出中部城区集聚,外围分散,各地区分布不均衡的空间分布特征。2) 文创园的空间布局特征为:三核一带多点。三核是指三个高度集聚区域分别是广州塔、北京路和科韵路;一带是指沿珠江前航道连片呈带状分布,多点指在中部城区外围呈现离散状态的分布特征,空间分布呈现出多核放射型结构特征。3) 广州市文创园依托高校与特色文化资源的数量与其他两类有明显差别,依附工业遗产和开发区文创园的数量较高,所占比重也较多,这说明广州市文创园与高校合作较少,并且区域内特色文化资源开发利用较少。
The construction of cultural and creative industrial parks is an effective way to promote urban transformation and economic growth. Guangzhou has developed rapidly since it was put into construction in the 1990s. This paper uses the methods of standard deviation ellipse, core density analysis, average center and average nearest neighbor to comprehensively analyze the spatial distribution pattern of 75 key cultural and creative industrial parks in Guangzhou. The analysis results show that: 1) The spatial distribution of Guangzhou Cultural and Creative Park is highly concentrated from the whole, showing the spatial distribution characteristics of central urban agglomeration, scattered periphery and unbalanced distribution in each region. 2) The spatial layout of Cultural and Creative Park is characterized as follows: three-core, area and multiple points. Three-core refers to the three highly concentrated areas are Guangzhou Tower, Beijing Road and Keyun Road; the area refers to the belt distribution along the front channel of the Pearl River and multi-point refers to the discrete distribution characteristics in the periphery of the central urban area. The spatial distribution presents multi-nuclear radial structure characteristics. 3) The number of universities and characteristic cultural resources of Guangzhou Cultural and Creative Park is obviously different from the other two categories. Moreover, the number of Cultural and Creative Parks in development zones is high and accounts for a large proportion, which shows that Guangzhou Cultural and Creative Park has less cooperation with universities, and the development and utilization of characteristic cultural resources in the region is less.

After the launch of the fourth phase of the Golden Tax System, it has not only promoted the standardization of tax management but also enforced stricter and more accurate tax monitoring. As a result, enterprises are required to register, declare, and pay taxes in accordance with legal regulations. Moreover, tax inspections have become more stringent, precise, and comprehensive, with the tax authorities gaining access to more corporate data. The two major taxes, Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax, not only constitute the economic development history of the People’s Republic of China but also form the socialist market economy system. They affect economic entities of various sizes, including small and medium-sized, micro, small, small, and small-profit enterprises, to varying degrees. Abstract:
随着物联网和5G的兴起,许多数据密集型的应用也随之发展了起来,如VR,高清视频。物联网终端之间的信息不互通且设备的数据安全性是一个亟待解决的问题。同时,针对移动物联网用户,基站往往会出现数据供应不及时,定位不准确等问题。由此,本文提出了一种基于区块链和边缘计算的分布式可信认证系统,旨在提高物联网终端节点的认证效率以及网络边缘数据的卸载效率。本系统由物理网络层,区块链边缘层和区块链网络层组成。通过区块链网络,设计优化了拜占庭容错共识算法,构建用于存储可信数据和日志的联盟链。此外,物联网边缘节点提供基于智能合约的域名解析和可信认证服务。同时,设计了一种非对称加密方法,以防止节点和终端之间通信时受到非法攻击。我们提出的认证机制是在通信和计算成本方面进行评估的。仿真结果表明,节点认证的时间被控制在一定时间内,本系统可广泛应用于基于不同形式的边缘计算网络,提供安全可靠的边缘缓存卸载服务。
With the development of the Internet of Things and 5G, many data-intensive applications have ap-peared, such as VR and high-definition video. The information between the terminals of the Internet of Things is not interoperable and the data security of the equipment is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this paper proposes a distributed trusted authentication system based on block-chain and edge computing, which aims to improve the authentication efficiency of IoT terminal nodes and the offloading efficiency of network edge data. This system consists of a physical network layer, a blockchain edge layer and a blockchain network layer. Through the blockchain network, the Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithm was designed and optimized, and a consortium chain for storing trusted data and logs was constructed. Simulation results show that the time for node authentication is controlled within a certain period of time. By deploying UAVs to assist edge node caching, this system can be widely used in edge computing networks based on different forms to provide safe and reliable edge caching offloading services.

This article discusses the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in heart and vascular disease, focusing specifically on three major pathways: PERK, IRE1, and ATF6, and how they affect the health of the heart. The study shows that endoplasmic reticulum stress, through these pathways, can regulate the survival of cardiomyocytes, the way the vascular endothelium works, and the behavior of vascular smooth muscle cells, all of which are critical to the health of the cardiovascular system. A certain level of endoplasmic reticulum stress can help cells adapt to unfavorable conditions, but if the stress is excessive, it may impair cardiovascular function and exacerbate disease progression.

寿山水坑石的矿物成分、内含物及微量元素特征

Abstract: 为研究寿山水坑石的矿物成分、内含物、微量元素及产地特征,采用了红外光谱、X射线粉晶衍射、扫描电子显微镜、激光拉曼光谱、LA-CP-MS等测试方法。红外光谱和XRD测试结果显示水坑石的矿物组成以地开石为主,珍珠陶石、叶腊石、伊利石在部分样品中作为次要矿物存在;XRD图谱显示地开石有序度较低。扫描电镜测试结果显示萝卜纹的矿物颗粒比基质部分细小,呈不定向排列;暗色颗粒状内含物以自形与它形两种形态镶嵌于地开石基质中。拉曼光谱测试结果表明萝卜纹的主要矿物成分为硫磷铝锶石,暗色颗粒状内含物为黄铁矿。LA-CP-MS测试结果显示高山石、水坑石、田黄的微量元素含量有区别,使用判别分析建立三者的判别函数,对未知样品的判别正确率估计值为90.8%。水坑石中轻、重稀土元素分馏不明显,轻稀土元素富集程度较低。水坑石的原生成矿环境为还原环境,萝卜纹和黄铁矿均为原生包裹体。后期环境的差异造成了高山石、水坑石、田黄在微量元素含量上的差别,地下水环境造成了水坑石中轻稀土元素的迁移;这些差异可作为鉴别三者的依据

Abstract: 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)是一种代谢应激性的肝脏损伤疾病,近年来随着肥胖及其相关代谢综合征的流行而增加。瘦素是调控生物体能量平衡及体重的重要脂肪因子,瘦素功能与肝脏糖脂代谢密切相关,在NAFLD疾病的进展中起重要的作用。大量研究报道中医药在NAFLD的治疗中具有多成分、多途径、多靶点的作用,但具体作用机制不明。故该文综述了瘦素相关通路与NAFLD的关系,以及中医药(单味中药、中药单体及中医复方)通过调控瘦素相关通路来防治NAFLD的作用机制,以期为临床应用中医药调控瘦素相关通路来治疗NAFLD提供参考。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a metabolic stress liver injury disease. In recent years, it has increased with the prevalence of obesity and its related metabolic syndrome. Leptin is an important fat factor that regulates the energy balance and body weight of organisms, and leptin function is closely related to liver glycolipid metabolism, which plays an important role in the progression of NAFLD disease. A large number of studies have reported that traditional Chinese medicine has multi-component, multi-pathway and multi-target effects in the treatment of NAFLD, but the specific mechanism of action is unknown. Therefore, this article reviews the relationship between leptin-related pathways and NAFLD, and the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine (single flavor Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine monomer and traditional Chinese medicine compound) in the prevention and treatment of NAFLD by regulating leptin-related pathways, in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of Chinese medicine to regulate leptin-related pathways to treat NAFLD.

随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球范围内暴发,防治细胞因子风暴所导致的急性肺损伤成为了研究的热点。中药中丰富的活性成分具有良好的抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节、组织修复、恢复抵抗力等作用,能够有效调控细胞因子风暴的发生发展,在防治急性肺损伤中具有较高的研究价值与应用前景。因此,本文将基于细胞因子风暴理论,对几种常用中药治疗急性肺损伤的作用机制及临床应用加以综述,旨在为后续急性肺损伤的药物治疗提供参考依据。
As the outbreak of COVID-19 around the world, cytokine storms have once again been noted as an important cause of acute lung injury. Traditional Chinese medicine and its rich active ingredients have strong anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, immunological regulation, tissue repair, recovery of resistance and other functions, which can effectively regulate the occurrence and development of cytokine storm, and have high research value and application prospect in the prevention and treatment of acute lung injury. Therefore, based on cytokine storm theory, this paper reviews the mechanism of action and clinical application of several commonly used Chinese medicines in the treatment of acute lung injury, in order to provide reference for the subsequent drug treatment of acute lung injury.

免疫功能紊乱与许多疾病的发病有着重要相关性。由于中药在免疫调节过程中疗效显著,具有毒副作用小,多靶点全程施效,不易产生耐药性等诸多优势,应用前景广阔,成为当下的研究热点。本文对部分中药的免疫调节作用及其临床应用进行归纳总结,并立足现状进行前景展望。以期为中药的免疫调节作用研究提供借鉴,为进一步发掘中药的潜在应用价值提供新思路。
Immune dysfunction is closely related to many diseases. Tradition Chinese medicine presents significant curative effect in the process of immune regulation with advantages of little side-effects, multi-target, and little drug-resistant; therefore, it possesses a wide application prospect, and has become a research hotspot at present. This article reviewed the immunomodulatory effects of some traditional Chinese medicines and their clinical applications, and evaluated the future prospects based on the current situation prospects. We hope to provide reference for the study of immune regulation of traditional Chinese medicine and provide proposed new ideas for further exploring the potential application value of traditional Chinese medicine.
