一种新的基于局部相似度的社区发现算法

Abstract: 社区发现是复杂网络领域的研究热点问题。为了提高复杂网络中划分社区结构的质量,提出了一种新的基于局部相似度的社区发现算法。首先,考虑到目前研究者们普遍基于共同邻居节点的自身特性来构建局部相似指标,通过引入节点对及其共同邻居间相互联络的亲密程度,定义了新的相似度指标;接着,基于网络节点相似度矩阵,结合改进的K-means算法对网络节点进行相似性聚类,实现网络的社区发现。在真实网络数据重构的网络上进行实验,结果表明,所提算法能够更准确、有效地发现复杂网络中的社区结构。
Community detection is a hot issue in the field of complex networks.To improve the quality of the community structure in complex networks,a new community detection algorithm based on local node similarity is proposed.Firstly,considering the fact that the researchers generally construct local similarity indexes based on the self-characteristics of the common neighbor nodes,a new similarity index is defined by introducing the degree of aggregation between the node pairs and their common neighbors.Then,the community detection is realized by clustering the network nodes based on the network node similarity matrix and combined with the improved K-means algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can find the community structure in actual networks more accurately and effectively

中国陆地边境县域旅游竞争力评价

Abstract: 测度与分析我国陆地边境县域旅游竞争力水平,对各边境地区在激烈的旅游竞争中正确认识自身的优势与劣势具有重要意义。本研究从边境旅游竞争力的概念入手,分析边境旅游竞争力的影响因素,进而从边境旅游发展基础条件竞争力、边境旅游现状竞争力、边境旅游发展潜力竞争力三方面构建边境县域旅游竞争力的评价模型,并运用熵技术支持下的层次分析法对136个边境县域进行定量分析,结果表明:①我国边境县域旅游竞争力水平差异显著,云南、广西、辽宁边境县域旅游竞争力较强,西藏、甘肃、内蒙古边境县域旅游竞争力较弱;②从不同毗邻国边境段落来看,中朝、中老、中缅、中越边境县域旅游竞争力较强,中尼、中印、中不边境县域旅游竞争力较弱;③中朝、中老、中俄边境县域在旅游发展基础条件竞争力方面具有优势,中越、中朝、中缅边境县域在旅游发展现状竞争力方面具有优势,中亚、中阿、中巴边境县域在旅游发展潜力竞争力方面具有优势。
1株具有抗根结线虫活性的红树林土壤放线菌的分离与鉴定

Abstract: 采用平板稀释法,从海南省东寨港红树林根际土壤中分离得到110株放线菌;利用24孔板液体筛选模型,筛选出具有抗线虫活性的放线菌菌株HA10401。该菌株发酵液在稀释20倍和40倍时,抗根结线虫校正死亡率分别为58.2%和52.6%。通过16SrDNA基因序列分析,菌株HA10401与链霉菌属菌株Streptomycesvariabilis同源性最高(99.8%),在系统发育树上聚在同一分支内,亲缘关系最近。二者在形态特征、培养特征以及生理生化特征方面也基本一致,因此,鉴定菌株HA10401为变异链霉菌(Streptomycesvariabilis)。本研究首次报道了其抗根结线虫活性,值得进行更为深入的研究。

Abstract:
以La(NO3)36H2O、Co(NO3)36H2O和Fe(NO3)39H2O为原料,用共沉淀法对制备LaFexCo1?xO3 (x = 0.2, 0.5, 0.8)钙钛矿进行研究。热重–差示量热分析(TG-DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,合成LaFexCo1?xO3钙钛矿过程有四段失重,分别在110℃之前、150℃~220℃、300℃~500℃和700℃~780℃;经过700℃~800℃煅烧后有钙钛矿形成,之后随煅烧温度提高,钙钛矿生成量逐渐增加,晶粒尺寸也缓慢增加,煅烧温度为1000℃时获得钙钛矿的量最多,但是与800℃和900℃煅烧后形成钙钛矿相比,其晶粒尺寸增加较多;随着Fe取代Co的量增加,形成钙钛矿尺寸晶粒尺寸逐渐降低。
Preparation of LaFexCo1?xO3 (x = 0.2, 0.5, 0.8) perovskite by coprecipitation using La(NO3)36H2O, Co(NO3)36H2O和Fe(NO3)39H2O and Fe(NO3)39H2O as raw materials was researched. The phenomena observed were characterized using Thermogravimetry-Differential Scanning Calorimetric (TG-DSC) and X- ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that process of preparing LaFexCo1?xO3 perovskite appeared four period of weight loss at less than 110?C, 150?C - 220?C, 300?C - 500?C and 700?C - 780?C, respectively. The sample calcined at 700?C - 800?C has already formed perovskite, then amount of forming perovsktie and the grain size of perovskite increase gradually with the calcination temperature. When calcination temperature is at 1000?C, the most amount of perovskite is gained, but the grain size increases more than that of perovskite calcined at 800?C and 900?C. With the increase of substitute Fe for Co, perovskite particle size is gradually reduced.
富硒乳酸菌对四氯化碳诱导的大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

Abstract: [目的] 本试验旨在探讨富硒乳酸菌(SL)对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导肝脏纤维化大鼠的保护作用。[方法] 首先制备富硒乳酸菌,然后用CCl4诱导建立大鼠慢性肝损伤模型。应用HE染色、天狼星红染色进行病理分析,应用自动生化分析仪测定大鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性,通过Real-time PCR法测定Ⅰ型胶原蛋白(CollagenⅠ)、α-平滑肌蛋白(α-SMA)及炎症相关基因的表达水平。[结果] SL显著降低了CCl4诱导肝纤维化大鼠的血清ALT(87.3 U?L-1)、AST(98 U?L-1)活性和MDA(2.42 nmol?mg-1)含量(P<0.05),但增加了GSH-Px(37.9 U?mg-1)、SOD(202 U?mg-1)活性和GSH(3.36 mg?g-1)含量(P<0.05)。SL抑制了CCl4诱导的肝脏炎症和坏死。此外,SL显著降低了CCl4诱导肝损伤大鼠的α-SMA、CollagenⅠ、转化生长因子(TGF-β1)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP-1)及炎症相关基因的表达(P<0.05)。[结论] SL通过缓解肝脏氧化应激,降低肝内炎症反应来保护CCl4诱导的肝脏纤维化。
[Objectives] The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of selenium-enriched lactobacillus (SL) on the liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 in rats.[Methods] First,the selenium-enriched lactobacillus were prepared,then the rat model of chronic liver injury was established. The liver pathological condition was analyzed by HE staining and Sirus red stain. The activities of ALT and AST in the rat serum was determined by automatic biochemical analyzer. The expressions of CollagenⅠ,α-SMA and inflammation-related genes were determined by Real-time PCR.[Results] SL significantly decreased serum ALT(87.3 U?L-1),AST(98 U?L-1) activities and MDA(2.42 nmol?mg-1) content(P<0.05),but increased GSH-Px(37.9 U?mg-1),SOD(202 U?mg-1) activities and GSH(3.36 mg?g-1) content(P<0.05) in rats treated with CCl4. SL suppressed hepatic inflammation and necrosis induced by CCl4. Moreover,SL significantly reduced the expressions of α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),CollagenⅠ,TGF-β1,TIMP-1,and inflammation-related genes(P<0.05) in rats treated with CCl4.[Conclusions] SL could protect the liver from carbon tetrachloride-induced liver fibrosis by attenuating hepatic oxidative stress and suppressing hepatic inflammation
油水乳液分离沼气实验研究

Abstract: 研究了柴油-水乳液体系在水合物生成条件下对沼气(CO2/CH4)中CO2的捕集能力。阻聚剂Span20被加入到乳液中以分散水滴和水合物颗粒。综合考虑了温度、原料气组成、压力和乳液含水率对柴油-水乳液体系分离能力的影响。从实验结果可以看出,吸收-水合耦合分离效果明显优于单独的吸收分离,且分离平衡后,浆液中水合物分散均匀,流动性良好。乳液体系分离能力在一定范围内随着温度降低和含水率的增加而增强。综合考虑乳液分离能力和流动特性表明,温度270.15~272.15K,体系含水率20%~25%(vol)和初始推动力为3.2MPa左右时为最合适的分离条件,在对应条件下经过两级模拟分离,气相中CO2浓度能从31%(mol)降到近10%(mol),超过87%(mol)的CO2被水合物浆液捕集。
促进低碳产品需求的供应链减排成本分担模型

Abstract: ?减排成本的存在,导致低碳产品的零售价格偏高,市场需求偏低,从而制约低碳产品的推广。以此为背景,针对单一制造商和单一零售商构成的双边垄断供应链,建立了基于减排成本分担契约的Stackelberg模型,分析比较了有、无减排成本分担契约两种情况下订货量、供应链各成员利润及供应链整体利润变化。研究发现,引入减排成本分担契约后,低碳产品最优订货量增加,零售价格降低,且在一定条件下制造商和零售商的利润得到帕累托改进,并推导出了制造商和零售商的参与约束和最优分担率。在此基础上,进一步分析了消费者对低碳产品的认知与零售商的产品订货量、供应链整体利润呈正相关关系,与制造商承担的减排成本分担率呈负相关关系。最后结合数值分析验证了成本分担契约的有效性。
