Abstract:
近年来,农用地整理及宜农未利用地开发、工矿废弃地复垦、高标准基本农田建设和城乡建设用地增减挂钩等各类土地整治项目取得了显著成效,但土地整治规划对环境影响评价的研究尚处于探索阶段,从评价理论到评价方法等整个过程还不成熟。因此,本文以乳山市为例,在全面分析经济环境、社会环境和生态环境影响的基础上,建立了评价指标体系——指标权重法,综合评价了土地整治规划对环境的影响。研究表明,编制乳山市土地整治规划对整个环境影响是有利的。研究中对部分指标采用专家赋分法具有一定的主观性,需进一步研究。
In recent years, various land remediation projects, such as agricultural land consolidation, unused agricultural land development, industrial wasteland reclamation, high standard basic farmland construction being linked with the increase and decrease of construction land in urban and rural areas, have achieved remarkable achievements. However, analysis of the impact assessment that these projects have posed on the environment is still in the exploration stage, which means the whole process from the evaluation theories to the methods is still young. Hence, this paper takes Rushan city as the study area, based on a comprehensive analysis of the influence in economic, so-cial and ecological environment, successfully builds the assessment index system-index weight and comprehensively evaluates the effects of land remediation on environment. The result shows that Rushan land remediation project is beneficial to the environment. Yet, the expert assignment method used for the study of some index is somewhat subjective, and needs further study.

北美枫香主脉切断叶片的蒸腾冷却衰减和变色

Abstract: 蒸腾冷却被认为是植物的主要散热过程之一,而蒸腾冷却的衰减势必导致叶片温度的升高。本文用红外热像监测北美枫香叶片温度来研究其蒸腾冷却衰减现象。通过对北美枫香叶片局部区域的含水率、热像温度、气孔导度和RGB值进行微分研究,观察到了叶片主脉切断后的蒸腾衰减。用红外热像法观测到了北美枫香叶片主脉切断后明显的高温区。而且叶片的低含水率、较小的气孔导度和高叶温区域与叶色变红部位相吻合。表明持续的蒸腾冷却衰减诱发了远离水源的叶片局部胁迫区的保护性响应,且诱导断脉叶片的局部变成红或紫红色。通过对比研究发现,同样切断主脉的山茶花叶片则表现出截然不同的特征。

Abstract: 松树枯萎病的发生和流行给东亚的日本、中国和韩国带来了不小的损失,引起许多国家的重视.本文应用实地观测和气象数据分析等方法,研究了东亚地区松树枯萎病的发生和流行特点,以及与灾害气象事件之间的关系.结果表明:在日本、中国和韩国,持续的夏季干旱少雨和强台风等极端气象事件能够诱发松树枯萎.在极端干热的环境中,松树常出现能量代谢失调,以至于受胁迫的松树整株枯萎;而在低温多雨的年份,松树枯萎少,甚至没有发生枯死现象.在松材线虫及其媒介昆虫侵染之前,松树的活力业已下降.松树枯萎病似乎应该局限在台风频发和持续干热的地区.在自然环境优越、少有台风和干热事件出现且没有不当扩大松树栽培范围的地区,松树枯萎病大面积发生的可能性不大.

面对民族危机,曹聚仁走出书斋,走上了战场成为了一名战地记者,以实际行动抗日救亡。他多年来源于浙东学派而积累的史学素养,以及之后在军事地理上的进一步学习考察,使得他有丰富的史学基础来进行史家视角的战地报道;他一生坚持“怀疑主义”——做冷静的观察者,以旁观者的视角,保持实事求是的求史态度,来为读者报道真相。这些从他对不抵抗政策、共产党敌后抗日等事实的考证上都能得以印证;由《中国抗战画史》可见,曹聚仁运用来源广泛、数量庞大、视角丰富的第一手资料来呈现了一个客观真实的战场,实是当代新闻工作者所应学习之典范。
Cao Juren decided to put down academic researches and become a war correspondent to save the country which was in the face of national crisis. Based on years of historiography attainments and further investigation of military geographic environment, Cao had solid historian academic foundation to report the wars from the historian perspective. He was faithful to skepticism in all his life. With objective perspective and practical attitude, Cao Juren, the calm observer, would tell readers the truth which we can obviously conclude from his hardworking on seeking out facts about nonresistance policy and the efforts of communist party in Anti-Japanese War. From Cao’s book Pictorial History of China’s War Resistance, we can see that Cao presented a real and objective battlefield with plentiful firsthand information from rich sources and different perspectives. Cao is such a good model for other journalists to go after.

Abstract: 目的 建立满足客户通用的瓦楞纸箱展开图, 为瓦楞纸箱的快速设计选型提供支持。方法 依据瓦楞纸箱箱型及尺寸关系, 提出压痕和开槽等因素对纸箱成型的影响。基于Solid Edge软件, 按照最新的FEFCO标准绘制瓦楞纸箱的展开图, 对以往压痕线 l1, l2的值及关联尺寸进行修正, 并将其参数化。结果 优化了瓦楞纸箱的展开图, 总结不同箱型对应各关联尺寸的关系。结论 优化后展开图打样时更精确, 参数化的展开图可满足不同客户需求。
