The vision of the leader has a direct impact on the direction and scope of the enterprise organizational behavior change. Whether the leader vision can be effectively conducted, recognized and accepted depends primarily on whether the values of the enterprise and the employee’s values are in consistence. Through the research, we can conclude the realization of the vision is a process for cohering public feeling.On its way, the mental models of organization members convert to enterprise organizational behavior and the personal vision converts to the shared vision. Finally, these will be helpful to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.

探索CRM如何植根于电子商务市场润土中,如何利用CRM提升电子商务企业品牌内涵建设,如何加强电商企业的硬技术与软实力是具有现实意义的。本文从刚柔并蓄两个维度对客户关系管理在中国电子商务企业品牌内涵提升中的适用性做出了分析,认为实施CRM的关键之处在于电子商务企业如何对客户信息资源进行优化配置,达到提升客户信息分析挖掘能力并做出快速反应的能力,促成最终购买。从企业长远发展上看,CRM在提升客户价值、增强客户黏性、客户对企业品牌认知与偏好形成等品牌内涵方面极具战略与经济价值。
It is of practical significance for China e-business enterprises to explore how CRM information system enhances the Enterprises Brand Connotation, hard technique and soft power. This paper analyzes the applicability in enhancing the e-commerce enterprises’ brand connotation based on two dimensions of customer relationship management (CRM), which points out crucial operation of the CRM system is optimizing the allocation of customer information resources. The aim is to promote mining capabilities ability, just- in-time response and the ultimate purchase. In the long-term development of the enterprises, CRM has a great Strategic and Economic worth in enhancing customer value, loyalty, brand awareness and customer preference formation.

Abstract:

本文综述了我国铜污染的分布情况,主要污染来源以及其污染危害(对动植物危害、对土壤微生物及酶的危害、铜与其他污染物复合污染危害),指出铜虽然是人体必不可少的微量元素,但是高铜对整个生态系统均构成了威胁;其次,铜与不同复合污染物或同一复合污染物对动植物的作用机理都不尽相同。因此,本文为铜复合污染治理措施的选取提供了相应的理论依据。
This paper reviews the distribution of copper pollution in China, the main sources of pollution and its pollution hazards (the harm to animals and plants, the damage to soil microbes and enzymes, the combined pollution of copper and other pollutants), pointing out that copper is essential for the human body. Trace elements, but high copper poses a threat to the entire ecosystem; secondly, the mechanism of action of copper with different composite pollutants or the same complex pollutants on animals and plants is different. Therefore, this paper provides a corresponding theoretical basis for the selection of copper composite pollution control measures.

Abstract:

针对煤矿开采土壤环境质量与生态环境问题的突出性,本文综述了煤矿区土地复垦现状及微生物菌剂对复垦土壤的修复治理效果。分析显示,微生物菌剂能够改良土壤结构,有利于提高土壤质量,促进植物生长,从而达到修复矿区生态环境的目的。随着经济社会的快速发展,煤炭需求量日益增长,煤矿开采引起的土壤环境质量问题与生态环境问题不容小觑,急需研发切实可行、经济高效的矿山复垦技术。
In view of the prominent problems of soil environmental quality and ecological environment in coal mining, this article reviews the status of land reclamation in coal mining areas and the effect of microbial agents on reclaimed soil. Analysis shows that microbial agents can improve soil structure, improve soil quality, promote plant growth, and achieve the purpose of restoring the ecological environment of the mining area. With the rapid development of the economy and society, the demand for coal is increasing. The soil environmental quality problems and ecological en-vironmental problems caused by coal mining cannot be underestimated. There is an urgent need to develop practical, economical and efficient mine reclamation technologies.

Petroleum has brought serious pollution to the ecological environment in the process of mining, processing and transportation, especially soil pollution. Phytoremediation has the advantages of low repair cost and high pollutant removal efficiency. This has become the first choice for removing petroleum pollution. This article reviews the research progress of soil petroleum pollution and phytoremediation and its remediation mechanism, in order to provide theoretical support for soil petroleum pollution remediation technology.

Abstract:
以中国知网《中国期刊全文数据库》为检索对象,采用文献计量的方法,从年度发文量、主要研究机构、基金项目、文献下载量等方面对2001~2021年土地整治区耕地质量现状进行统计分析。结果表明:2001~2021年间相关文献发表量呈现先增加后减少的趋势,高校在该领域的发文量占比较高,国家对于土地整治区耕地质量研究给予了很大程度的重视。
Taking China journal full text database as the retrieval object and using the method of literature measurement, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the current situation of cultivated land quality in land regulation area from 2001 to 2021 from the aspects of annual document volume, main research institutions, fund projects and document download. The results show that from 2001 to 2021, the amount of relevant literature published first increased and then decreased. The number of documents issued by colleges and universities in this field is relatively high. The state has paid great attention to the research on the quality of cultivated land in the land regulation area.

Abstract: 一般认为,新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, NRDS)是由于肺表面活性物质缺乏所致,近年研究认为NRDS的发病与胎龄、出生体重、窒息、剖宫产、感染、产前应用肾上腺皮质激素、糖尿病母亲、宫内慢性缺氧等多种因素有关。为了预防NRDS的发生,产前可给产妇应用糖皮质激素、氨溴索等药物,出生后可尽早给予大剂量氨溴索、肺表面活性物质(Pulmonary surfactant, PS)、持续呼吸道正压通气(Continuous positive air-way pressure, CPAP)、高频震荡通气(High-frequency oscillatory ventilation, HFOV)、吸入一氧化氮、液态通气及体外膜肺治疗以阻止病情的进展。
Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) is caused by deficiency of pulmonary surfactant (PS) in premature infants generally. But it is associated with gestational age, birthweight, asphyxia, caesarean birth, infection, use dexamethasone to mother before delivery, diabetic mother and fetus intrauterine hypoxia. Treated with ambroxol and dexamethasone to maternity before delivery may prevent the NRDS. High dose ambroxol, PS, continuous positive air-way pressure, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, inhaled NO, liquid ventilation and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation may be used earlier to newborns after birth to avoid aggravation of the disease.

Abstract:
硅(Si)元素在地壳中的丰度位居第二(约占27%),也是海洋生态系统中重要的生源要素。硅作为海洋浮游植物优势组分——硅藻生长所必需的营养元素,能够形成生源硅参与到硅循环中,并且是生物泵的重要载体,因此它的生物地球化学循环与全球碳循环及全球气候变化密切相关。生源硅的溶解作为海洋硅循环的重要组成部分,贯穿于从生源硅生成、沉降到埋藏的所有环节,是连接海表到海底的桥梁。本文概述了近年来海洋中有关生源硅溶解的研究进展,从动力学方程方面探讨了影响生源硅溶解速率的因素,并介绍了四种测定生源硅溶解速率的实验方法,指出目前研究中存在的问题,展望研究重点,以期为今后海洋硅循环的研究提供背景资料。
Silicon, which represents 27% of the lithosphere, plays an important role in marine ecosystem, and it makes the linkage with the global carbon cycle and climate change, through the biological pump of CO2. Biogenic silica (BSi) is produced mainly by diatoms, which are the predominant algae in many areas of the world ocean. The dissolution be-havior of BSi can be a bridge for understanding of the ocean Si cycle, because of its close relation with the production, export and burial of BSi. In this paper, the present research progress of the marine BSi dissolution behavior are re-viewed, and the major controlling factors effected the dissolution rate of BSi are discussed from the point of dynamical equations, in addition, four methods determining the dissolution rate of BSi are introduced, including the method prob-lems at present, so as to provide background information for researching of ocean Si cycle in the future.

在中国社会进入转型升级的新常态下,培养高素质应用型人才成为地方和行业高校人才培养的当务之急与战略选择。本文在探讨高素质应用型人才内涵的基础上,分析了高素质应用型人才学业绩效的内在特质,在此基础上,依据二维绩效理论,构建了高素质应用型人才学业绩效评价的理论指标体系。最后通过实际调查数据对所构建的指标体系进行了优化。
In the new normal that Chinese society entered into the transformation and upgrading stage, cul-tivate high-quality applied talents become the urgent and strategic choice of personnel training of local industry and university. This paper explored the connotation of high-quality applied talents, and then analyzed the internal characteristics of academic performance on high-quality applied talents. Based on this, according to the two-dimensional performance model, it built a theoretical index system of academic performance evaluation on high-quality applied talents. Finally, it opti-mized the index system with the actual survey data.
