青年教师是高校持续发展的后备力量。加强对青年教师的岗前培训,对教师个人与学校的发展都有着极其重要的作用。本文是从职业生涯规划的视角探讨高校青年教师岗前培训的意义与措施。
The young teachers are the backup power for sustainable development of university. Strengthen the pre-job training of young teachers is playing a vitally important role on the development of both teachers’ individual and school. This article is written for exploring the significance and measures of high school young teachers’ pre-job training, which based on the perspective of career planning.
探索CRM如何植根于电子商务市场润土中,如何利用CRM提升电子商务企业品牌内涵建设,如何加强电商企业的硬技术与软实力是具有现实意义的。本文从刚柔并蓄两个维度对客户关系管理在中国电子商务企业品牌内涵提升中的适用性做出了分析,认为实施CRM的关键之处在于电子商务企业如何对客户信息资源进行优化配置,达到提升客户信息分析挖掘能力并做出快速反应的能力,促成最终购买。从企业长远发展上看,CRM在提升客户价值、增强客户黏性、客户对企业品牌认知与偏好形成等品牌内涵方面极具战略与经济价值。 It is of practical significance for China e-business enterprises to explore how CRM information system enhances the Enterprises Brand Connotation, hard technique and soft power. This paper analyzes the applicability in enhancing the e-commerce enterprises’ brand connotation based on two dimensions of customer relationship management (CRM), which points out crucial operation of the CRM system is optimizing the allocation of customer information resources. The aim is to promote mining capabilities ability, just- in-time response and the ultimate purchase. In the long-term development of the enterprises, CRM has a great Strategic and Economic worth in enhancing customer value, loyalty, brand awareness and customer preference formation.
本文综述了我国铜污染的分布情况,主要污染来源以及其污染危害(对动植物危害、对土壤微生物及酶的危害、铜与其他污染物复合污染危害),指出铜虽然是人体必不可少的微量元素,但是高铜对整个生态系统均构成了威胁;其次,铜与不同复合污染物或同一复合污染物对动植物的作用机理都不尽相同。因此,本文为铜复合污染治理措施的选取提供了相应的理论依据。 This paper reviews the distribution of copper pollution in China, the main sources of pollution and its pollution hazards (the harm to animals and plants, the damage to soil microbes and enzymes, the combined pollution of copper and other pollutants), pointing out that copper is essential for the human body. Trace elements, but high copper poses a threat to the entire ecosystem; secondly, the mechanism of action of copper with different composite pollutants or the same complex pollutants on animals and plants is different. Therefore, this paper provides a corresponding theoretical basis for the selection of copper composite pollution control measures.
针对煤矿开采土壤环境质量与生态环境问题的突出性,本文综述了煤矿区土地复垦现状及微生物菌剂对复垦土壤的修复治理效果。分析显示,微生物菌剂能够改良土壤结构,有利于提高土壤质量,促进植物生长,从而达到修复矿区生态环境的目的。随着经济社会的快速发展,煤炭需求量日益增长,煤矿开采引起的土壤环境质量问题与生态环境问题不容小觑,急需研发切实可行、经济高效的矿山复垦技术。 In view of the prominent problems of soil environmental quality and ecological environment in coal mining, this article reviews the status of land reclamation in coal mining areas and the effect of microbial agents on reclaimed soil. Analysis shows that microbial agents can improve soil structure, improve soil quality, promote plant growth, and achieve the purpose of restoring the ecological environment of the mining area. With the rapid development of the economy and society, the demand for coal is increasing. The soil environmental quality problems and ecological en-vironmental problems caused by coal mining cannot be underestimated. There is an urgent need to develop practical, economical and efficient mine reclamation technologies.
