Abstract: 同位素热源的研制在深空探测战略任务中具有重要地位。以“嫦娥”用同位素热源环境试验任务为背景,本文重点探讨同位素热源高温–振动环境试验夹具的热防护设计问题。通过对高温–振动用夹具的热仿真分析可知无冷却措施的常规夹具会使振动台台面温度过高,影响设备的正常工作。因此,提出了采用强制对流换热进行冷却的热防护设计方案,并指出采用冷水强制对流热防护方式可以使夹具垫高座底板处于较低温度,从而使振动台处于正常温度工作。此外,进一步提出了通过材料优选以及夹具结构优化设计方案以更有利于力学载荷的传递。
The development of the positional heat source plays an important role in the strategic mission of deep space exploration. Taking the environmental test task of “Chang’e” with isotope heat source as the background, this paper focuses on the design of thermal protection of isotope heat source high temperature-vibration environment test fixture. Through the thermal simulation analysis of the high temperature-vibration fixture, it can be known that the conventional fixture without cooling measures will cause the temperature of the vibrating table to be too high and affect the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, a thermal protection design scheme using forced convection heat exchange for cooling is proposed, and it is pointed out that the use of cold water forced convection heat protection can make the fixture base plate at a lower temperature, so that the vibrating table can work at a normal temperature. In addition, it is further proposed to optimize the design of materials and fixture structure to facilitate the transmission of mechanical loads.

Abstract: 在公海治理过程当中,国际社会早己在全球和区域层面建立起了众多专门和区域性国际法律机制。虽然多数国家支持全球管理模式,但全球管理模式可能存在与现有制度安排之间发生竞合。为了不跟现有制度安排竞争,甚至产生冲突,本文认为新拟定的具有法律约束力的国际文书应当明确其与现有制度安排之间是合作与协调的关系,通过建立一个以利益相关主体广泛参与为基础的缔约方大会,以实现与制度安排的良性互动。
In the process of governance of the high seas, the international community has long established numerous specialized and regional international legal mechanisms at the global and regional levels. Although most countries support the global management model, there may be competition and co-operation between the global management model and existing institutional arrangements. In order not to compete with existing institutional arrangements or even conflicts, this article believes that the newly drafted legally binding international instrument should clarify that it has a cooperative and coordinated relationship with existing institutional arrangements, and through the establish-ment of a conference of parties based on the extensive participation of stakeholders, to achieve a benign interaction with institutional arrangements.

Abstract: Rudimental stubble height of rationing rice is one of important factors on high-yielding cultivation. Effects of rudimental stubble heights on the yield and source-sink characteristics of ratooning rice were studied in two-line hybrid rice Peiliangyou 210. Three rudimental stubble heights were arranged in the study, which were 40 cm, 20 cm, and 10 cm respectively. The results indicated that rudimental stubble heights affected source-flow-sink characteristics of ratooning rice significantly. With the decreasing of rudimental stubble heights, (1) the growing stage of ratooning rice was postponed, but stubble height, spike length and leaf area index (LAI) were increased, (2) the activities of leaf sucrose-phosphate synthetase (SPS) decreased, while the crop growth rate and the number and area of big vascular bundle of different internodes and the activity of catalase were increased during the grain filling stage. (3) the accumulation and output rates of non-structure carbohydrate content in stem and sheath, the ratio of grain number to leaf area and specific leaf weight, the spikelets per panicle and the yield were increased. In Changsha region, the suitable rudimental stubble height of two-line hybrid rice Peiliangyou 210 is 10 cm.

Abstract: 以10种轻基质材料为原料配置16种配方,并在全光照间歇喷雾条件下研究这16个配方对普通油茶优良无性系‘岑软3号’扦插生根的影响。结果表明,不同配方轻基质对油茶扦插生根有明显的影响,生根率从6.67%到100%不等,含有椰糠的轻基质配方生根情况明显优于不加入椰糠的配方。在含有椰糠的5种配方中,配方12(椰糠∶菌渣∶泥碳土体积比为4∶2∶1)的生根率最高,达100%,且成本在5个配方中从高到低位列第4,成本较低,最适合作油茶全光照喷雾扦插育苗的基质。
分散固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水稻和土壤中的福美双与甲霜灵残留

Abstract: 建立了一种同步分析水稻和土壤中福美双和甲霜灵残留的分散固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱(hplc-ms/ms)检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,psa、c18吸附剂净化,c18色谱柱分离,0.2%甲酸水-乙腈等度洗脱,质谱采用电喷雾正离子(esi+)模式电离,多反应离子监测模式定性分析,基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。结果表明:在1~500μg/l浓度范围内,不同基质中的福美双和甲霜灵的线性相关系数均大于0.991。在0.01~1.5mg/kg添加水平范围内,土壤、水稻植株、稻壳和糙米样品中福美双和甲霜灵的日内平均回收率为76%~104%,日内相对标准偏差(rsd)为1.2%~13.2%(n=5);日间平均回收率为74%~102%,日间rsd为2.8%~10.4%(n=5)。该方法简单、快速、灵敏度及准确度高,能够满足水稻及土壤中福美双和甲霜灵残留量的检测要求。

Abstract: 水稻主季稻留桩高度是影响再生稻高产的重要因素之一。以两系杂交稻组合培两优210为研究材料,在主季稻收割时设3个留桩高度处理(40cm、20cm和10cm),研究主季稻留桩高度对再生稻产量及源库性状的影响。结果表明,随留桩高度的降低,(1)培两优210再生稻生育期延长,株高、穗长与叶面积指数增加;(2)灌浆期间叶片磷酸蔗糖合成酶活性衰减率减小,作物生长率增加,节间维管束数目和大小及枝梗过氧化氢酶活性增加;(3)茎鞘非结构碳水化合物积累和输出速率增加,比叶重和粒叶比提高,穗总粒数增加,进而增加产量。两系杂交稻培两优210作中稻栽培时其适宜留低桩,留桩高度10cm处理再生稻具有“源”足“流”畅“库”大的特点。
高超声速内外流解耦试验系统设计与验证

Abstract: 在模型上将高度耦合的内外流气动力载荷分开,是吸气式高超声速飞行器直接测力试验的关键。为探索相关设计技术,以圆截面通气模型为研究对象,通过相互独立的内/外流部件实现内外流分离;通过计算机辅助内/外流部件间隙与天平设计,特别是内/外流部件间隙开口位置与尺寸确定,来解决内/外流部件接触问题;通过软填料密封解决内外流窜流问题,并对试验干扰因素进行了分析,在ma=6条件下开展了验证试验。典型试验对比结果表明,部件间隙开口位置和尺寸适当、天平刚度较大时,内/外流部件无接触、不传力;间隙开口采用软填料密封,内外流不窜流、干扰小。试验证明,该系统设计是成功的,能从物理上将内/外流气动力载荷分开,测量误差可分别控制在3%、4%左右。

Abstract: 采用Nussbaum增益滑模自适应控制方法解决导弹制导控制一体化设计问题. 充分考虑一体化模型具有通道间耦合、气动建模不确定性、气动参数摄动和目标机动引起的干扰等特点, 基于自适应控制对未知量的辨识能力和滑模控制的抗干扰能力, 以及Nussbaum增益控制对系数不确定系统所具有的较好的控制能力, 设计Nussbaum增益滑模自适应控制律, 并证明系统的稳定性. 仿真结果验证了所提出方法的有效性.
