Abstract:
本文针对太阳影子定位问题,通过对影响物体影长的各个参数进行分析计算,以反演杆长最优为目标建立基于多参数分层搜索的杆长优化模型,利用MATLAB仿真从而实现太阳影子定位技术。首先建立基于太阳高度角变化的直杆影长变化模型,得到直杆影长与赤纬角、时角等变量的函数关系式;其次,运用控制变量的方法分析影长关于直杆长度、所处经度、纬度、测量日期以及测量时间的变化规律并作出2018年9时至15时(北京时间)的直杆影长变化曲线,发现影长随时间的推移先减小后增大,在11时45分取得最小值约为2.1 m;最后,本文通过实际测量的方法对模型进行检验,得到模型结果相对实际测量值的误差约为1.732%,模型有较高的精度。对于影子定位问题,通过几何关系得出直杆影长与影子顶点坐标数值的关系;针对直杆所在地点未知的情况,本文应用同一地点不同时刻的影长和太阳高度角反演得到的杆长相等的原理建立起基于参数分层搜索的杆长优化模型,以同一地点多组杆长值中极差近似为零为目标;利用MATLAB对经度和纬度先后进行粗搜索和精搜索,得到两组可行经纬值分别为:(108.4566?E, 19.2771?N)及(103.1670?E, 3.2552?S);第一组经纬度对应位置为近海南省的海上,其经度与海南省经度误差为1.256%,所以本文在误差允许范围内将第一个地点定为海南省,第二组经纬度对应位置为印度尼西亚。
In this paper, aiming at the problem of sun shadow localization, by analyzing and calculating the parameters affecting the shadow length of the object, the rod length optimization model based on multi-parameter hierarchical search is established with the aim of inversion of the rod length, and the MATLAB simulation is used to realize the sun shadow positioning technology. Firstly, a straight-line shadow length variation model based on the change of solar height angle is established, and the relationship between the straight shadow length and the declination angle and the time angle is obtained. Secondly, the control variable is used to analyze the length of the straight rod. Using the method of control variable to analyze the variation rule of longitude, latitude, measurement date and measurement time and the curve of the straight shadow length from 9:00 to 15:00 (Beijing time), it is found that the shadow length decreases first and then increases at 11:45. The minimum value obtained is about 2.1. Finally, the model is tested by the actual measurement method, the error of the model result relative to the actual measured value is about 1.732%, and the model has higher precision. For the shadow localization problem, the relationship between the straight shadow length and the shadow vertex coordinate value is obtained through the geometric relationship. For the case where the straight rod location is unknown, this paper applies the long length of the shadow length and the solar elevation angle inversion at the same place. Based on the principle of the parameter, the pole length optimization model based on parameter hierarchical search is established, and the range of the poles in the same group is approximated to zero. The MATLAB is used to perform rough search and fine search on the longitude and latitude. The feasible longitude and latitude values are (108.4566?E, 19.2771?N) and (103.1670?E, 3.2552?S).

Abstract: 本文以四川华新现代职业学院2020年扩招进校的市政工程技术专业新生人才培养模式为研究对象,结合国家职业教育改革实施方案提出的“1 + X”证书制度,以及扩招学生从业经历,深入总结市政工程行业技能培训经验,以及高职院校市政工程技术专业人才培养经验,提出了适应于高职扩招人员的市政工程技术专业技能培训与学历教育一体化培养模式,并经过两年改革试点,通过与省内外同类院校及学生学习调查分析,形成了具有可借鉴意义的研究成果,以供兄弟院校参考。
In this paper, Sichuan Huaxin modern vocational college in 2020 enrollment expansion of municipal engineering technology freshmen talent training mode is as the research object, combined with the national vocational education reform implementation plan proposed “1 + X” certificate system, as well as enrollment expansion of students working experience, in-depth summary of municipal engineering industry skills training experience, as well as municipal engineering technology professional talent training experience in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward an integrated training mode of municipal engineering technology professional skills training and academic education, which is suitable for the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges. After two years of reform pilot, through the investigation and analysis with similar colleges and students inside and outside the province, the research results with referential significance are formed for reference of brother colleges.

Abstract: 我国国有企业效绩评价体系随着现代企业制度的发展而不断完善。现行国有资本金效绩评价指标体系是一个典型的多层次指标体系,包括基本指标、修正指标和评议指标三个层次,比以往的单层次效绩评价指标体系更加全面、完整,更具科学性,评价结论的可信度也有了大幅度提高。值得注意的是,这一评价指标体系包含了八项非财务评议指标,改变了以往只注重财务指标的做法,但仍显不足。平衡计分卡从投资人角度出发,以企业价值最大化为目标,在传统财务指标的基础上增加了客户、内部流程、学习和成长三个方面的非财务指标,从而可以比较全面、综合地评价企业效绩并进行管理和控制。因此,在国有资本金效绩评价中引进平衡计分卡,建立一套更加完善的、科学的国有企业效绩评价体系势在必行。  一、平衡计分卡的特点  平衡计分卡(BSC)是1992年由美国学者卡普兰和诺顿设计的,它在传统财务指标的基础上增加了客户、内部流程、学习和成长三个方面的非财务指标。这些非财务指标反映了财务指标的驱动因素,使企业能够一方面追踪财务结果,一方面密切关注能提高企业能力并获得未来增长潜力的无形资产等方面的进展,使企业既具备能反映“硬件”的财务指标,又具备能反映“软件”的非财务指标,从而达到全面评价企业效绩的目的。

Abstract: 组织带有封闭性的本质与人们追求开放性夙愿间的矛盾缠绕在组织研究中。20世纪初期韦伯完成了关于官僚制组织的初步理论建构,官僚制组织是一种内部封闭的结构。当社会复杂程度提升,处理组织与环境之间关系的议题提上了日程,这也是经典组织理论探讨的主题。但这种视角的转变却没有改变封闭性,甚至可以说这个过程移植了原先的封闭性思维,即封闭性的扩散,目的是追求确定性。随着社会的变化,需要一种更为开放的解构性思维。
The contradiction between the closure possessed by an organization and the long-cherished wish for the people to pursue openness is always intertwined in the organizational research. In the early 20th century, Weber completed preliminary theoretical construction about the bureaucratic organization, which is a kind of internal closed structure. The issue dealing with the relationship between organization and environment has been put on the agenda while social complexity is ascending, and this is the main subject that the classical organizational theory discusses as well. But the transformation of this visual angle does not change its closure and it is likely even to say that the entire process has transplanted the original closure thinking, that is, the diffusion of the closure with the purpose of pursuing the definiteness. Along with the social change, a more patulous deconstructionist thinking mode is being desiderated

Abstract: 随着老龄化进程的加剧,老年综合评估逐渐成为老年医学临床应用中的核心技术,老年多重慢病的患病率逐渐上涨,然而老年综合评估并未在多重慢病的临床管理方面得到广泛普及。本文就多重慢病及其管理现状、老年综合评估在临床各专科中的应用、老年综合评估在多重慢病的预防、诊治、改善预后等方面发挥的作用,以及其在多重慢病管理中的应用价值作一综述,以期助力我国“健康老龄化”。
As the ageing process intensifies, the comprehensive assessment of old age has gradually become the core technology in the clinical application of geriatric medicine. The prevalence of multiple chronic diseases in old age is gradually rising, though comprehensive geriatric assessment has not been widely used in the clinical management of multiple chronic diseases. This paper discusses the status of multiple chronic diseases and their management, application of geriatric comprehensive assessment in clinical specialties, role of comprehensive assessment of old age in prevention, diag-nosis and treatment of multiple chronic diseases and improvement of prognosis, as well as its ap-plication value in management of multiple chronic diseases, and finally can reach the goal of “Healthy Ageing” of our country.
