Abstract:
挥发性有机化合物为大气环境污染物重点监控项目,污染物排放系数是污染源清单编制的支撑基础与重点,确定原则是优先本土实测并验证可信。结合家具行业大气污染物的排放特点进行挥发性有机化合物监测,识别排放浓度较高的特征污染物,分析统计苯、甲苯、二甲苯及浓度较高的其它前三种污染物,计算其排放系数。结果表明,总VOCs、苯、甲苯、二甲苯排放系数分别为0.252 kg/件、0.001 kg/件、0.007 kg/件、0.066 kg/件,远低于国家发布的木质家具挥发性有机物源排放系数,且各物质之间排放系数相差很大;建议国家相关部门在挥发性有机物源排放系数核算中结合实际情况,校正广东省佛山市家具行业总挥发性有机物排放系数为0.252 kg/件,将苯、甲苯、二甲苯等重点管控的特征污染排放系数分别校正为0.001 kg/件、0.007 kg/件、0.066 kg/件。
Volatile organic compounds (VOCS) are key monitoring items of atmospheric environmental pol-lutants, and pollutant emission coefficient is the supporting basis and key point for the compilation of pollutant source inventory. The determination principle is to give priority to local measurement and verify credibility. Combined with the emission characteristics of atmospheric pollutants in the furniture industry, VOCs monitoring was carried out to identify the characteristic pollutants with higher emission concentration; benzene, toluene, xylene and other three pollutants with high concentration were analyzed and counted, and calculate their emission coefficient. The results show that the emission coefficients of total VOCs, benzene, toluene and xylene are 0.252 kg/piece, 0.001 kg/piece, 0.007 kg/piece and 0.066 kg/piece respectively, which are far lower than the emission coefficients of VOCs of wood furniture released by the state, and the emission coefficients of each substance are very different. It is suggested that relevant national departments should correct the total voc emission coefficient of furniture industry in Foshan, Guangdong province to be 0.252 kg/piece in combination with the actual situation in the calculation of VOC source emission coefficient. The characteristic pollution emission coefficients of benzene, toluene and xylene under key control were corrected to 0.001 kg/piece, 0.007 kg/piece and 0.066 kg/piece respectively.

This paper is based on the perspective of eco-translatology and relies on the Advanced Chinese-English Interpretation Course for Understanding Contemporary China to analyze the interpretation cases of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. It expounds the connotation of eco-translatology, points out the characteristics of diplomatic discourse interpretation, and analyzes the strategies and transformation situations of the translated versions in dealing with translation difficulties in cases from multiple dimensions, such as the linguistic, cultural, and communicative dimensions. The aim is to improve the quality of interpretation, promote cross-cultural communication, assist interpretation talents in serving China’s foreign exchanges, and provide references for interpretation practice and teaching.

Abstract: 在细胞尺度的生物成像中,高密度荧光标记导致的信号重叠和结构错误解析限制了纳米级生物复合体的精准建模。本研究结合MINFLUX成像技术,整合现有计算方法并优化参数,提出一种针对突触纳米簇的标准化分析流程。基于现有的三步DBSCAN框架,我们通过参数分级优化与体积筛选策略,提升了密集荧光团的分割精度。利用DCR数据的双峰特性,通过双高斯拟合实现了CaMKII-T286与PSD95标记的高效分色。进一步将多项式回归曲面拟合与AlphaShape表面重构结合,并在MINFLUX数据中实现了突触后膜纳米结构的空间映射。应用该流程分析固定神经元样本,发现PSD95团块与CaMKII-T286寡聚体的高度结合,且PSD95纳米簇呈现网状拓扑。本研究提供了可复用的参数组合方案,为超分辨数据的复杂结构解析提供了参考依据。
In cellular-scale biological imaging, high-density fluorescent labeling causes signal overlap and structural misinterpretation, hindering nanoscale biological complex modeling. This study combines MINFLUX imaging with optimized computational methods to develop a standardized analysis workflow for synaptic nanoclusters. We enhance the three-step DBSCAN framework with parameter optimization and volume screening to improve segmentation of dense fluorophores. Using the bimodal property of DCR data and dual Gaussian fitting, we achieve efficient separation of CaMKII-T286 and PSD95 signals. We also combine polynomial regression surface fitting with AlphaShape surface reconstruction for the spatial mapping of postsynaptic membrane nanostructures in MINFLUX data. Applying this workflow to fixed neuronal samples reveals tight association between PSD95 clusters and CaMKII-T286 oligomers, with PSD95 nanoclusters showing a reticular topology. This study offers reusable parameter combinations, providing a reference for analyzing complex structures in super-resolution data.

Abstract: 上山文化(11~8.5 ka B.P.)主要分布于钱塘江上游及其周边地区,其遗址群在钱塘江上游的衢江流域内呈现集中分布于南岸下游河段二级阶地边缘的特点。本文利用地貌定量解析的手段,探讨了衢江南北岸河流阶地分布差异、遗址后方山地子流域地貌发育阶段、水系密度分布特征与上山文化立地之间的关联。研究发现,衢江南岸广泛分布着相对高差约20 m的河流阶地,而北岸缺乏河漫滩和第一级阶地;衢江山地流域地貌发育阶段呈现出中游年轻,上游和下游较老,北岸比南岸老的特点,山地流域水系密度在各高程段的分布特征,受流域发育阶段、断层分布以及岩性差异共同影响。上山文化遗址群后方的山地流域处于壮年偏老的地貌发育阶段,地势和缓,水系发育成熟,下游水网密布,这样的山地流域方便古人类进入,开展采集、打猎等活动,也不易发生泥石流等自然灾害。结合阶地的分布特征,南岸下游的二级阶地是相对优越的居住区。
Shangshan Culture (11~8.5 ka B.P.), the earliest Neolithic culture found in the lower Yangtze Region, is mainly distributed in the upstream of Qiantang River. In Qu River, the settlements of Shangshan Culture present linear distribution along the second fluvial terrace in the southern bank. This study discusses the correlation between topographic characteristics and the settlement selection based on the analysis of fluvial terraces, hypsometric integral of mountainous watersheds and stream-net density. Terrain analysis reveals that, compared to the southern bank, which has three levels of broad fluvial terraces, the northern bank is lack of the highest terrace and the floodplain is scarce. The mountainous watersheds in the middle reach are less developed compared to the upstream and downstream in Qu River, while the mountainous watersheds in the northern bank are also less developed than the southern ones. The stream-net density is mainly controlled by the development stage of watershed, but also affected by faults and lithology. The mountainous watersheds behind the Shangshan Culture sites are well developed with abundant stream and gentle slope, which are accessible for collecting and hunting, and also unsusceptible to landslides and debris flows. Consequently, with the broad floodplain in the southern lower reach, the second fluvial terrace in the southern bank of Qu River is a good habitat for occupation.

Abstract: 通过对美国部分高校科学教育本科专业课程结构和内容特点的初步分析,结果显示美国科学教育本科专业课程设置灵活多样,提供不同层次科学教师的学士学位课程;课程设置结构由3大板块组成,注重学生教学综合能力培养。普通教育课程涵盖了宽泛的文理基础知识,学科科学课程则体现了综合化、现代化特点,教育科学课程十分重视培养职前科学教师的教学实践能力。以上特点对进一步改革我国科学教育本科专业的课程设置具有较大的启示。
上证指数收益率的长相依性分析及其欧式期权定价

Abstract: 对上证指数对数收益率的长相依性进行了统计检验并完成了相应的统计建模以及参数估计,就所得的模型完成了在此模型下的欧式期权定价设计,比较了具有长相依性质的模型下期权定价与经典的Black-Scholes模型下期权定价的不同点,分析了长相依性质对于期权定价的影响.统计检验采用的是经典的R/S分析法和修正R/S分析法,通过对上证指数收益率的时间序列进行了实证分析,发现上证指数体现出长相依性质.数值分析的结果显示分数布朗运动模型下欧式期权定价与经典Black-Scholes期权定价有很大的不同点,主要表现在分数布朗运动模型下的定价从时间的角度来看表现得更为平稳.
