Abstract: 乳腺癌是目前发病率较高的疾病之一,选择能够拮抗ERα活性的化合物对治疗乳腺癌具有重要的意义。本文综合考虑ERα拮抗剂的生物活性即pIC50值(与生物活性具有正相关性),筛选治疗乳腺癌的候选药物。为了构建能够使化合物对抑制ERα具有更好的生物活性的预测模型,本文通过随机森林算法和距离相关系数算法,寻求主要变量进行降维处理;通过建立基于BP神经网络的pIC50预测模型并进行训练与验证,为寻找处理后变量的全局最优解,采用粒子群优化算法,以pIC50的最大值作为目标函数,设定参数运行求得优化结果。研究结果表明,pIC50的最大值与其对应的分子描述符都在合理的区间范围内,说明此次建立的模型具有一定的稳定性与合理性。
Breast cancer is one of the diseases with high incidence at present. It is important to select compounds that can antagonize ERα activity in the treatment of breast cancer. In this study, the bioactivity of ERα antagonists (pIC50 value), which was positively correlated with biological activity, was considered to screen candidate drugs for breast cancer. In order to construct a compound that can inhibit ERα with better biological activity, this paper seeks the main variables for dimensionality reduction through random forest algorithm and distance correlation coefficient algorithm; Through the establishment, training and verification of the pIC50 prediction model based on BP neural network, in order to find the global optimal solution of the processed variables, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted, the maximum value of pIC50 is taken as the objective function, and the parameters are set to run to obtain the optimization results. The results show that the maximum value of pIC50 and its corresponding molecular descriptor are within a reasonable range, indicating that the model established this time has certain stability and rationality.
审计独立性理论研究的新动向

Abstract: 随着环境的变化和有关学科的发展,审计独立性的理论研究出现了新的特点,本文探讨审计独立性的概念框架、程序公平、核心价值三个方面的问题。  【关键词】概念框架程序公平核心价值审计独立性是审计的灵魂。审计理论界和职业界对审计独立性进行了不懈的探索,取得了丰硕的成果。特别是面对世界经济一体化日益发展、资本在全球大规模的流动、金融创新、技术创新、组织创新日新月异、企业并购浪潮此起彼伏的新形势,审计学学者们积极思考,同时借鉴哲学、经济学、法学等学科的观点,促使审计独立性的理论研究呈现出许多新的特点。本文试图对此进行回顾、总结和探索。  一、从单纯概念的研究到概念框架的研究  早期学者试图给审计独立性下一个简单的定义,并认为它是指审计人员的独立性。斯坦泼和穆尼兹认为,审计独立性是审计人员的行为准则。C·W.尚德尔认为,审计独立性并不是审计人员的思想意识,而是假定审计人员所作出的意见、判断或决策不受他个人的、感情的和物质利益的影响。汤姆·李认为,审计独立性是审计职业公正性的特点,是人类诚实天性总特征的组成部分,它是一种意识形态,却不容许本人的观点和结论变得依赖或屈从利害冲突方面的压力和影响。以上学者都试图从抽象意义上给审计独立性下一个完整的定义,然而,正如莫茨和夏拉夫所认为的那样,要想给审计独立性下一个完整的定义是徒劳无功的。

Abstract: ?目前还未见国内外报导预测期刊使用价值的方法。国外反映期刊使用价值动态的最常用而较好的方法是用引文分析法对期刊进行评价,确定出核心期刊。然后每年或每隔几年修改补充一次。由于这种方法工作量大及其它原因,在我国还未见类似报导。本文试图探讨用一次引文分析法求各刊半衰期引文频次比值,以代替国外用多次引文分析法反映期刊的动态。

Abstract:
卵巢癌是一种生长在卵巢上的恶性肿瘤,早期症状隐匿,多见腹盆腔转移,卵巢癌并发肾衰竭临床较少见,其治疗暂未见相关报道。本文报道卵巢癌合并肾衰经化疗后肾功能恢复正常1例。
Ovarian cancer is one of the malignant tumors which grows in the ovarian, early symptoms concealed, common abdominal and pelvic metastasis, ovarian cancer is less common combined with renal failure, there have been no reports of relevant treatment. This paper reports one case of ovarian cancer combined with renal failure whose renal function restored after chemotherapy.

Abstract: 摘要:运用文献资料等研究方法探讨了我国少数民族传统武术在全球化场域下所遭遇的发展困境及其根源,发现少数民族传统武术文化却呈现出生存力不彰、传播力不足等一系列“短板”,致使其在传播的过程中遭遇断层化、消费化、边缘化的困境,分析了少数民族传统武术文化与全球化相嵌合的“价值交汇点”,重新梳理少数民族传统武术的文化内涵,挖掘并弘扬其“尚武”、“技击”、“和竞”等与现代文明向对接的不朽价值,并据此指出了少数民族传统武术现代传承和发展之路径。文章认为,要实现少数民族传统武术文化的传承发展,拓展少数民族传统武术文化的生存空间,就必须走现代转型的道路,即通过注重武术教育,实施“教育兴武”战略;整合媒介资源,实施“包装宣传”战略;强化武术交流,实施“走出去”战略等。为实现少数民族传统武术文化活力的重现,并达至保护国家非物质文化遗产之文化发展目标。
Abstract: This paper analyzed difficulties and its root of China minorities’ traditional martial arts in the field of globalization by the method of literature. China minorities’ traditional martial arts have a series of short slab, such as viability and transmission capacity, which let it facing difficulties including faultage, consumerization, peripherization. China minorities’ traditional martial arts have some valuable joints with globalization. This study re-combed its cultural connotation, dug its martialism, art, peaceful completion that connected with modern civilization, and pointed out its modern inherit and develop path. To realize inheritance and development of China ethnic minorities’ traditional martial arts and enlarge its living space, we have to find a modern transform path. This path include emphasizing on martial arts education, implementing education promoting martial arts strategy, reallocating medium resources, implementing propaganda strategy, strengthening martial arts communication, and implementing go-global strategy. 电动汽车充电网关控制器开发

Abstract: 外接充电是纯电动车获取能量的唯一途径,而各国充电标准存在较大差异,导致按照不同标准设计的充电桩之间不匹配。为了快速解决该问题,对两个完全不同的充电标准进行了对比分析,并对一款成熟的发动机控制器的硬件结构进行了优化配置,开发了一款充电网关控制器。通过模拟北美标准(SAE)中的局域网络信号,并将其转换为国家标准(GB)中的局域网络信号,实现了不同充电标准协议之间的转换。通过试验验证了设计该控制器的合理性,并使一款符合北美标准的电动汽车在符合国家标准的充电桩上实现了快速直流充电
移相全桥变换器在电动汽车充电单元中的应用

Abstract: 分析了峰值电流控制模式下移相全桥变换器的工作原理,设计了电动汽车充电单元的串联双闭环控制器。该控制器外环主回路实时获取负载电压与输入参考电压之间的偏差,通过输入PID电压环对输出电压进行调节,其内环副回路实时计算原边控制电流与PID电压环控制输出的偏差,通过输入PID电流环对控制电流进行调节。针对当控制输入信号占空比大于50%后峰值电流变换器系统出现不稳定的问题,设计了一种斜坡补偿方法,并以PIC16F887单片机为核心,开发了一套电动汽车充电控制单元。实验结果表明,所设计的充电控制单元可以满足电动汽车的充电要求,并具有可靠性高、动态响应快、补偿网络易实现以及带宽增益较高等优点

Abstract: 为了使得用户更加便捷的开启车门,本文面向汽车进入系统,基于NFC技术和原理设计了一种置于门把手环境下的NFC天线。利用HFSS软件完成了NFC天线的模型设计,仿真分析了天线面积、走线宽度、走线间距和介质板厚度对天线等效电感值的影响,结果表明,较大的线圈面积、较小的走线宽度和走线间距可以有效地提高天线的等效电感值,而介质板的厚度对等效电感值影响较小,需根据仿真值进行选择。随后基于Smith原图工具完成了天线电路的阻抗匹配设计,将计算出的匹配参数值带回到模型中进行仿真,对匹配后天线的回波损耗、电压驻波比进行了评价。从结果得知本次所设计的NFC天线匹配程度高、反射损耗较小,具有良好的性能。
In order to make the user more convenient to lock the automobile, this paper designs an NFC antenna based on NFC technology and principle for the automobile entry system under the door handle environment. HFSS software is used to complete the model design of the NFC antenna, and the effects of antenna area, wire width, wire spacing, and dielectric plate thickness on the antenna equivalent inductance value are simulated and analyzed. The results show that a larger coil area, smaller wire width and wire spacing can effectively improve the antenna equivalent inductance value, while the thickness of the dielectric plate has little effect on the equivalent inductance value. The selection should be based on the simulation value. Then the impedance-matching design of the antenna circuit is completed based on the Smith tool. The calculated matching parameters are brought back to the model for simulation, and the return loss and voltage standing wave ratio of the antenna after matching are evaluated. The results show that the NFC antenna designed in this paper has a high matching degree, low reflection loss and good performance.

Abstract:
基于山东省2014~2018年各地级市PM2.5质量浓度数据,利用山东省PM2.5浓度的平均场,逐年平均值、季节平均值、日平均值及逐小时浓度数据,分析了近5年山东省PM2.5浓度的时空分布特征。研究结果表明:空间维度上,PM2.5浓度大致呈现由沿海向内陆逐渐升高的趋势,内陆的泰安和济宁PM2.5浓度较低。时间维度上,自2014年至今PM2.5浓度表现为逐年稳定下降的趋势;季节变化上呈现出冬季最高、春秋次之,夏季最低的特点;内陆地区一天中的PM2.5的浓度变化呈双峰分布,而沿海地区日变化较为平缓且浓度较低。
Based on the PM2.5 mass concentration data of each city in Shandong province, this paper not only studied the average field, annual average, seasonal average, daily average and hourly concentration data of PM2.5 in Shandong province, but also studied the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of concentration of PM2.5 in Shandong province in 2014-2018. The results show that in the spatial dimension, PM2.5 generally shows a trend of increasing from coastal to inland, and due to the influence of topography, economy, humanities and other factors. The distribution of concentration shows the characteristics of low concentration in developed areas as well as in high altitude areas. In the time dimension, since 2014, PM2.5 concentration has shown a steady decline year by year, and in the seasonal variation, it showed a regulation of low in summer and high in winter. The daily variation of PM2.5 concentration in the inland areas is double-peak, while the daily changes in coastal areas are more smooth and lower in concentration.
