皮卡佐剂及其治疗性疫苗作用机理

Abstract:
皮卡是人用安全的疫苗佐剂,是双链聚肌苷酸聚胞苷酸及微量卡那霉素和氯化钙的复合物。该佐剂是三种模式识别受体TLR3、NOD和RIG-1的配体。皮卡佐剂疫苗与受体结合后在体内活化非特异免疫,包括巨噬细胞吞噬功能,促进干扰素(IFN)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、-6、-12、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等细胞因子的产生,促进产生共刺激因子CD40、CD80、CD86,促进抗原呈递细胞的提呈、活化T淋巴细胞,促进特异性的细胞免疫和体液免疫应答,促进免疫细胞的增殖。皮卡佐剂不仅提高疫苗的免疫原性,更由于促进干扰素、白细胞介素-2、-12的产生,使从主要产生体液免疫的预防性疫苗转变成具有强烈细胞免疫的治疗性疫苗。在三次独立的先感染后免疫的暴露后小白鼠和比格犬的试验中,在没有接种抗血清情况下,国内外市售人用狂犬病疫苗保护率仅为20%~30%,而皮卡狂犬病疫苗可高达70%~100%,统计学分析具有显著的差异(P < 0.05~0.01)。皮卡狂犬病治疗性疫苗和皮卡乙肝治疗性疫苗正在新加坡进行1期临床研究。
PICKCa, a safe vaccine adjuvant for human use, is a complex of poly IC-kanamycin-Cacl2. It is the ligand of pattern recognition receptors of TLR3, NOD and RIG-1. PICKCa vaccines can activate innate pathways in vivo to produce cytokines including IFN-α, IFN-β, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-12p40, IL-6, TNF-α, promote macrophage function, stimulate antigen-presenting cells to produce co-stimulators of CD40, CD80, CD86, activate cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity. Due to PICKCa adjuvant enhancing productions of IFN, IL-2, IL-12, the adjuvant may make prophylactic vaccines from main humoral immunity to possess strong cell-mediated immunity as therapeutic vaccines. In 3 independent assays of post-explosure immunizations of mice and beagle dogs, PICKCa rabies vaccine was much better than commercial adjuvant-free rabies vaccines, the protective rate was 70% - 100% and 20% - 30% respectively, and the statistical analyses were significantly different (P < 0.05 - 0.01). PICKCa rabies vaccine and PICKCa hepatitis B vaccine are ongoing in phase-1 clinical trials in Singapore.

Abstract:
目的:分析针刺联合醒脑汤治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的40例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑患者,按电脑随机法分为2组。对照组20例以醒脑汤进行治疗,观察组20例在上述基础上联合使用针刺治疗,对比两组治疗效果和安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P < 0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P > 0.05)。结论:在DEACMP中以针刺联合醒脑汤进行治疗可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,值得应用。
Objective: To analyze the efficacy of needle-stung joint wake-up soup to treat carbon monoxide poisoning delayed encephalopathy. Methods: 40 cases of delayed brain patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 divided into 2 groups, according to computer random method. 20 samples of observation group were treated with wake-up soup, and 20 cases of the observation group were treated with needles on the basis of the above, comparing the effect and safety of the two groups. Results: The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions in the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Treatment with needle-like brain soup in DEACMP can improve clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth applying.

Abstract:
本文主要研究非齐次 Burgers 方程的柯西问题,初值为黎曼初值周期扰动时,基本波结构的渐近 稳定性。我们发现激波解扰动后,在有限时间 T 后仍为激波解,在任意时刻 t > T ,它左右状态仍 为周期函数,且在 L 范数的意义下衰减至0。 特别地,扰动后的激波在原激波两侧摆动,扰动后 的稀疏波解在 L 范数的意义下衰减至0。
In this paper we study large time behaviors toward shock waves and rarefaction waves under periodic perturbations for inhomogeneous Burgers equation. We show that for shock waves, after a finite time, the perturbed shock actually consists of two periodic functions contacting each other at a shock, and this shock curve oscillates on both sides of the background shock curve. Both of perturbed shock waves and perturbed rarefaction waves tend to zero in the L norm.

论军民融合发展条件下的军地联合审计

Abstract: 军民融合发展具有军民共同参与、分工协作的特点,需要军队审计部门联合国家审计机关或有关审计机构对军民融合发展条件下的军事经济活动实施军地联合审计。本文对军地联合审计的内容作了简要介绍,并对如何顺利实施军地联合审计提出了对策建议。  【关键词】军民融合发展军地联合审计审计程序审计力量  一、实施军地联合审计的重要意义  在新世纪新阶段,要实现富国与强军的统一,必须统筹国防军队建设与经济建设,在武器装备建设、军事人才队伍建设、后勤保障能力建设等国防和军队建设诸方面,依托国民经济发展,走军民融合发展道路。军民融合发展条件下,相关军事经济活动的真实性、合法性、效益性需要监督。军队审计部门作为法定的军事经济监督部门,必须充分发挥监督作用,为推动军民融合发展服务。  传统的军内联合审计局限于军队审计部门与军内单位或部门的联合,已经不能适应有效监督军民融合的军事经济活动的需要。军民融合的军事经济活动具有军民共同参与、分工协作的特点,涉及众多的军内外单位或部门,军队审计部门若不联合国家审计机关或有关审计机构共同审计,将因军队审计管辖范围的局限性而难以完成审计任务。所以,军队审计部门必须突破军内联合审计的做法,树立军地联合审计观,联合国家审计机关或有关审计机构,加强对军外单位或相关部门的联合监督,以弥补军内联合审计管辖范围窄的不足。但是,当前军队审计部门普遍缺乏联合国家审计机关或有关审计机构开展军地联合审计的实践经验。军队审计部门如何有效组织、实施军地联合审计是当前需要研究解决的重要理论和现实问题。

Abstract:
双链RNA佐剂包括PIC、PICLC、PIC12U和皮卡(PICKCa?),是多种膜式识别受体(TLR3、NOD、MAD-5和RID-1)的配体,熔点分别是PIC 57℃,PICKCa 80℃,PICLC 91℃。由于灵长目以上动物血清核酸酶对双链RNA的降解,前两种佐剂对猴和人体或者效果差或者副作用大,且美国FDA在2012年也把PIC12U否决了,而我们研制的皮卡佐剂(PICKCa?)弥补了其它dsRNA佐剂的不足,对灵长类动物和人安全有效。
dsRNA adjuvants include PIC, PICLC, PIC12U (Trade name Ampligen) and PICKCa? (PIC-kanamycin- Cacl2). They are ligands of varied pattern recognition receptorsTLR3, NOD, MAD-5 and RID-1. The melt points are 57?C for PIC, 80?C for PICKCa, 91?C for PICLC respectively. Because of the degradation of double stranded RNA in the serum of primates and above, The first two kinds of adjuvants have poor effects or severe side effect to the monkey and human. PIC12U was also denied by US FDA in 2012, while PICKCa overcomes shortcomings of PIC, PICLC and PIC12U and it is safe and effective for monkey and human.

Abstract:
本文基于因子分析方法,建立了学生的数学学习自我效能感的评价模型,并以淮安市淮海中学的高中学生作为研究对象进行了实证研究。利用学生的自我效能感的综合得分对相关的问题进行了分析。结果表明学生的数学成绩与学生学习的自我效能感正相关;不同年级的学生的自我效能感没有明显差异;学生的自我效能感存在性别差异;不同的家庭教育氛围对学生的自我效能感的形成有显著影响。
Based on the method of factor analysis, this paper establishes an evaluation model on the students’ self-efficacy in mathematics learning. An empirical study is conducted by taking students from Jiangsu Huaihai senior high school as subjects and related issues are analyzed by using the comprehensive scores of students’ self-efficacy. The results suggest that there is a positive correlation between students’ academic performance in math and their self-efficacy; there is no significant difference in self-efficacy of students from different grades; there is a significant difference between boys and girls in their self-efficacy; and different family education atmosphere has a significant effect on the formation of students’ self-efficacy.
