Abstract: ?图像配准是超分辨率重建中的一个关键问题,直接影响超分辨率重建图像的质量.本文在自适应十字搜索(Adaptiveroodpatternsearch,ARPS)块匹配算法的基础上,根据小波域中各图像之间的相关性,提出一种分层块匹配算法---基于小波变换的改进的自适应十字模式搜索算法(Improvedadaptiveroodpatternsearchalgorithmbasedonwavelettransform,W-IARPS),该方法在小波变换域完成匹配宏块的搜索,有效地减少了匹配点的搜索个数,且配准图像的峰值信噪比相比全搜索算法下降不到0.ldB,保持了较高的配准精度.最后采用凸集投影(Projectionsontoconvexsets,POCS)算法对配准后的图像进行超分辨率重建,取得了较好的视觉效果.实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的配准精度和重建效果,算法稳健可靠.

Abstract: Image registration is one of the key components in super-resolution reconstruction, and it directly affects the quality of the reconstructed image. On the basis of adaptive rood pattern search (ARPS) block-matching algorithm, and according to the correlation between various images in wavelet domain, an hierarchical block-matching algorithm --- improved adaptive rood pattern search algorithm based on wavelet transform (W-IARPS) is proposed. Searching matched-macroblocks in wavelet domain can effectively reduce the number of search points, and the ratio of peak signal to noise of registered images decreases less than 0.l dB compared to the exhaustive-search algorithm. It means that the high registration accuracy is guaranteed. Finally, the projections onto convex sets (POCS) method is used to reconstruct the super-resolution image from the registered images, and it can achieve better visual effects. The simulation results show that the algorithm has a high registration accuracy and reliable reconstruction results.

Abstract: 检察建议制度作为一项具有中国特色的司法制度,鲜明体现了我国检察机关的宪治地位,也是检察机关履行法律监督职能、保护社会公共利益的重要机制。检察建议制度存在的根本前提和其制度定位的合宪性基础源自法律监督的合宪性和法律监督职权的宪法定位。通过对我国检察建议制度的历史变迁进行纵向梳理,总结出我国检察建议制度的变迁动因和演进规律。数字时代下完善检察建议制度的具体路径,应以强化类案监督、刚性保障和保护社会公共利益职能为构建框架,结合数字检察发展的新趋势,充分发挥检察建议制度在实现法律监督和保障社会公共利益中的积极作用,实现检察建议政治效果、法律效果和社会效果的统一,进而助推国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。
As a judicial system with Chinese characteristics, the system of procuratorial recommendation clearly reflects the constitutional status of China’s procuratorial organs, and is also an important mechanism for procuratorial organs to perform their legal supervision functions and protect the public interests of society. The fundamental premise for the existence of the procuratorial recommendation system and the constitutional basis for its institutional positioning derives from the constitutionality of legal supervision and the constitutional positioning of legal supervision powers. Through a longitudinal review of the historical changes of China’s procuratorial suggestion system, the dynamics and evolution of China’s procuratorial suggestion system are summarised. The specific path to improve the procuratorial recommendation system in the digital era should be based on the framework of strengthening the functions of case supervision, rigid protection and protection of social and public interests, taking into account the new trend of digital procuratorial development, giving full play to the positive role of the procuratorial recommendation system in realising legal supervision and protecting social and public interests, achieving the unification of the political, legal and social effects of procuratorial recommendations, and thus contributing to the modernisation of the national governance system and this will help modernise the national governance system and capacity.

Marx’s mass view is a scientific generalization and summary of Marx’s views on the masses, an important component of Marxist theory, and plays a vital role in guiding the proletarian party to deal with the masses. Marx’s mass view is based on the specific social background and ideological reference, and has experienced the process of gradual formation and deepening development. Marx, starting from the real people and taking dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the methodological basis, profoundly revealed the position of the people as the subjects of practice, history, value and interests in society. The key role of the masses in creating social wealth and leading social change is elaborated. Abstract: 随着人工智能技术的迅速发展,虚拟数字人作为一种新的科技产物逐渐在商业和娱乐领域中得到广泛应用。然而,这种技术的迅猛进展也带来了对现行知识产权保护体系的挑战。本文以首例涉及虚拟数字人的侵权案件为研究对象,深入探讨了虚拟数字人版权保护的法律问题。该案件由某(上海)科技公司诉杭州某网络公司著作权侵权及不正当竞争纠纷引发,主要探讨了虚拟数字人作为权利主体的法律地位、虚拟数字人版权的归属与合理使用,以及虚拟数字人侵权责任的法律认定等多个法律层面的问题。虚拟数字人并非自然人,不具备作者身份,其所生成的内容尽管具备独创性,但不直接归属于虚拟数字人本身。探讨了虚拟数字人版权保护的法律界限,审视了虚拟数字人侵权责任的承担及相关的法律救济措施,以期在未来的法律框架下更好地保护虚拟数字人的合法权益。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, virtual digital human, as a new scientific and technological product, has been widely used in business and entertainment fields. However, the rapid development of this technology has also brought challenges to the current intellectual property protection system. This paper takes the first infringement case involving virtual digital people as the research object, and deeply discusses the legal issues of copyright protection of virtual digital people. The case was triggered by a Shanghai technology company v. a network company in Hangzhou for copyright infringement and unfair competition disputes. It mainly discussed the legal status of the virtual digital person as the subject of rights, the ownership and rational use of the copyright of the virtual digital person, and the legal determination of the infringement liability of the virtual digital person. Virtual digital man is not a natural person and does not have the identity of author. Although the content generated by him is original, it does not directly belong to the virtual digital man himself. This paper probes into the legal boundaries of copyright protection of virtual digital people, and examines the tort liability of virtual digital people and relevant legal relief measures, with a view to better protecting the legitimate rights and interests of virtual digital people under the future legal framework.

Abstract:
面孔在社会交往中发挥重要作用,人类对威胁面孔的记忆优势能帮助我们更好地规避风险、适应环境.根据影响记忆的几个重要因素,揭示威胁面孔加工的行为和神经机制是理解威胁面孔记忆优势的关键,也是心理学研究的重要问题。目前的行为研究探讨了威胁面孔的记忆优势主要源自编码阶段的注意和知觉优势;神经机制研究揭示了威胁面孔的记忆优势在威胁身份面孔和威胁表情面孔加工中的体现。与非威胁面孔记忆的比较研究发现,威胁面孔记忆有着独特的以杏仁核、颞上沟、眶额叶和脑岛为主的神经加工机制。未来研究需要考虑不同的威胁种类,区分记忆的不同阶段以及情绪和知觉因素在其中发挥的作用,并尝试采用多种技术手段来探索威胁面孔记忆优势背后的认知神经机制,有助于进一步完善本领域的研究。
Human face plays an important role in social activities, and the advantage of memory for threat-ening faces can help us avoid risk and adapt to the environment. Faces can convey threat messages through facial identity and facial expressions. Threatening identity indicates that the person is a long-term threat to others, while threat expression indicates that the person may be a temporary threat. According to several important factors that affect memory, revealing the behavior and neural mechanism of threat face processing is the key to understand memory advantage of the threatening face, and is also an important problem in psychological research. Recent behavior, brain imaging, and ERPs studies have revealed the memory advantage of threatening faces is mainly due to the attention and perception advantage in the face coding process, and is embodied in the process of the threatening identity and threatening facial expression. In comparison with non-threatening face memory, it is found that threat face memory has a unique neural processing mechanism dominated by amygdala, superior temporal sulcus, orbito frontal cortex and insula. Specifically, studies of the identity of threatening faces have found that faces of both defectors and untrustworthy individuals have a memory advantage. The reason could be that remembering the threatening people is more important for self-protection and is rare in life. At the same time, the research of neural mechanism shows that the face with threatening identity will attract more attention, and the recognition of the face will spontaneously recall the information related to the threat identity, with greater activation of the anterior paracentric gyrus, superior temporal sulcus, and insula. Studies of the emotionally threatening faces have found that such faces have higher processing efficiency and quality, and looser recognition response criteria. Compared with an unthreatening face, it is found that threatening emotional face memory has a unique neural processing mechanism including amygdala—anterior cingulate gyrus network and insula. Abstract: 目的 为了提高码垛机器人的工作效率,减小能量损耗,优化机器人末端抓手的工作轨迹。方法 建立机器人路径规划的数学模型,在此基础上对传统的蚁群算法进行改进,将环境中局部的机器人路径信息引入蚁群信息素的初始化和路径选择概率中,提高蚁群算法的收敛速度,并防止算法早熟,避免算法陷入局部最优。结果 仿真结果表明,改进后的蚁群算法收敛速度更快,能够在较短时间内规划出最佳路径。结论 所提方法能够明显提高码垛机器人最佳路径搜索能力,对于提升机器人运行效率具有重要指导意义

Abstract: 目的 为提高包装物品生产效率,提升直角包装搬运机器人的稳定性、可靠性和运动精度。方法 根据四自由度直角坐标型包装搬运机器人的机械结构和功能需求,设计一款基于ARM嵌入式的直角包装搬运机器人控制系统。控制系统硬件由主控制器ARM, FPGA和示教器ARM组成,主控制器ARM通过串口与FPGA、示教器ARM以及伺服系统进行通讯。同时基于上述硬件结构提出一种改进型S曲线插值速度控制方法。结果 实验结果表明,该控制系统下的直角包装搬运机器人定位精度为±0.5 mm,完全满足设计要求。结论 该控制系统能够满足实际作业需求,提升了包装效率,降低了成本
