Abstract: 本文提出四种理论假设旨在探讨饭店职业生涯管理与职业满意度之间的关系、职业期望与职业满意度的关系、职业期望与职业生涯管理的关系,以及职业期望在组织职业生涯管理与职业满意度之间的中介作用。本文发放378份调查问卷进行数据收集,利用职业期望量表和李克特七等级量表测量变量,运用SPSS和AMOS软件对数据进行描述性分析、信度检验、探索性因子分析、确定性因子分析、结构方程分析等。研究结果表明:饭店职业生涯管理与职业期望正相关;职业生涯管理与职业满意度正相关,其中职业考评对员工的职业满意度影响最大,职业发展次之,职业培训对其影响最小;职业期望与职业满意度存在正相关关系;职业期望在饭店职业生涯管理与职业满意度之间起中介作用,其中职业期望在职业考评与职业满意度之间的中介作用最为显著,其次是职业培训与职业发展。研究结果充分表明,在酒店实施有效的职业生涯管理将产生积极的影响。有效的职业生涯管理有助于满足员工的职业期望,提高他们的职业满意度,并帮助员工获得职业成功,提高业务效率。
This paper proposes four theoretical hypotheses to explore the relationship between career management and career satisfaction, the relationship between career expectations and career satisfaction, the relationship between career expectations and career management, and the medi-ating role of career expectations between organizational career management and career satisfac-tion. This paper issues 378 questionnaires for data collection, and uses the Occupational Expecta-tion Scale and the Likert Seven-Level Scale to measure variables. Descriptive analysis, reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis, deterministic factor analysis, and structural equation analysis were performed using SPSS and AMOS software. The research results show that hotel career man-agement is positively related to career expectations; Career management is positively related to career satisfaction. Among them, career evaluation has the greatest impact on employee’s career satisfaction, followed by career development, and vocational training has the least impact on it. There is a positive correlation between career expectations and career satisfaction. Occupational expectations play a mediating role between hotel career management and career satisfaction. Among them, career expectation has the most significant mediating effect between professional appraisal and career satisfaction, followed by vocational training and career development. The research results fully show that the implementation of effective career management in hotels will have positive effects. Effective career management can help meet employees’ career expectations, improve their professional satisfaction, and help employees’ career success and improve business efficiency.

Abstract: 气泡静电纺丝技术是基于蜘蛛纺丝原理与气泡动力学提出的一种新型纺丝技术。本文的研究目的在于介绍气泡静电纺丝技术以及其相关研究成果,为后续学习与研究提供理论依据。本文综述了气泡静电纺丝技术的发展现状,主要包括气泡静电纺丝原理、纺丝过程的影响因素以及各种气泡静电纺丝装置的纺丝原理与优势三方面。特别是气流气泡纺丝技术,利用气流代替高压静电的作用进行纺丝,更安全、简便、节能。气泡纺丝纤维形貌、成型机理、应用以及产业化生产等方面的研究则有待后续深入研究。
聚氨酯/碳纳米纤维复合材料的结构和抗凝血性能

Abstract: ?分别采用溶液共混和熔融共混的方法制备出聚氨酯/碳纳米纤维复合材料,研究了碳纳米纤维对聚氨酯的热行为和表面微观化学组成的影响,并观察和测定了血小板在复合材料表面的粘附以及血液中血红蛋白浓度、纤维蛋白原浓度的变化,分析了碳纳米纤维对聚氨酯血液相容性的影响。结果表明,引入碳纳米纤维后,聚氨酯复合材料的表面氧含量有不同程度的提高,玻璃化转变温度及熔融温度都发生了改变;血小板在复合材料表面的粘附受到明显的抑制;经血泵循环4h后,在与聚氨酯复合材料表面接触的血液中,血红蛋白和纤维蛋白原浓度的变化相对减小;复合材料的血液相容性提高。关键词:复合材料,聚氨酯/碳纳米纤维,共混,血液相容性,血小板

Abstract: 伴随医保数字化监管的不断推进,基金监管方式及管理办法也在不断完善,但当前仍存在信用惩戒建联、数字信息安全、数字信息跨省互认等问题,本文运用SWOT分析框架,剖析当前医保基金数字化监管的优势、劣势,以及面临的主要机会和威胁。并在此基础上提出加强数字医保基金监管专项法规落地,加强基金监管的多素养复合人才培养,数字监察与人文诚信共同发展等建议,为提高医保基金数字化监管能力而努力。
With the continuous advancement of medical insurance digital supervision, fund supervision methods and management methods are constantly improving, but there are still problems such as credit punishment establishment, digital information security, and cross-provincial mutual recognition of digital information. This article uses the SWOT analysis framework to analyze the current advantages and disadvantages of digital supervision of medical insurance funds, as well as the main opportunities and threats they face. On this basis, it proposes to strengthen the implementation of special laws and regulations for the supervision of digital medical insurance funds, strengthen the training of multi-literacy compound talents in fund supervision, and the joint development of digital supervision and humanistic integrity, and work hard to improve the digital supervision capabilities of medical insurance funds.

Abstract: 自2019年绍兴作为国家医保基金监管信用体系试点城市,其在2年的建设时间内取得诸多成效。在国家医保局的正确指导下,充分结合绍兴地方经验,以医保数字化建设为内驱,以医保定点机构为突破口,成功建设“1 + 3 + 1”的医保基金监管信用体系,并创建三大监管模式对下辖各区县进行医保实时监管,确保医保基金使用的规范与公平,现介绍绍兴医保信用数字化监管现况,为浙江建设共同富裕示范区提供助力。
Since 2019, Shaoxing, as a pilot city of national medical insurance fund supervision and credit system, has achieved many results in two years of construction. Under the correct guidance of the National Medical Insurance Bureau and in full combination with the local experience of Shaoxing, we have successfully built a “1 + 3 + 1” medical insurance fund supervision and credit system from the digital construction of medical insurance as the internal drive and the designated institutions of medical insurance as the breakthrough, and created three supervision modes to carry out real-time supervision of medical insurance in all districts and counties under our jurisdiction, so as to ensure the standardization and fairness of the use of medical insurance funds. This paper introduces the current situation of digital supervision of medical insurance credit in Shaoxing, so as to provide help for the construction of common prosperity demonstration area in Zhejiang.
