船舶操纵模拟器视景中的山形建模

Abstract: 船舶操纵模拟器是一种能够部分模仿海上真实情况,专门为满足与培训、技术研究等目的而设计研制的装置,其核心技术之一是海上视景模拟,而地形地貌是海上视景中的重要组成部分,根据船舶操纵模拟器实时视景显示的需要,在分析航行舰艇对可视范围内重要岛屿与背景山脉的几何精神要求的基础上,提出了基于待高线的山形堆积建模和山形轮廓建模方法,并给出了山形轮廓图形的误差定义、有效适用范围,以及船舶操纵模拟器中地形建模的误差准则,该方法生成图形的数据量较小,其图形更新速率与几何精度能达到船舶操纵模拟器实时视景显示的要求。
不同视点重叠图象拼接方法研究

Abstract: 不同视点重叠图象的拼接算法大都需要估计相机参数和每个像素的深度等。要求有较多的源图象,由于海上实景拍摄难度大,因此符合要求的源图象十分有限,这些现有的算法对于生成生成船舶操纵模拟器中的视景并不适用,根据船舶操纵模拟器对视景的要求和背景实景图象拍摄的具体要求,依据三维成像几何理论,建立了相邻重叠图象的成像几何模型,在此基础上经数学推算得出,仅当重叠区域中的两物点位于同一景深面上或位于两视点垂直平分面上时,在左右像面上两相应像点间的距离才不产生变化,由此提出在一定条件下的不同视点重叠图象的基于视点垂直平分面最深景物线和基于同深景物面平行景物线对的匹配算法和图象拼接的平滑算法,实验结果表明,该算法的拼接效果较好,可推广到对背景几何精度要求不高的中远距离不同视点重叠图象的拼接应用中。

Abstract:
韩国世宗学堂是隶属于韩国政府的韩国语言文化的国家教育品牌,对愿意学习韩国语的人展开实用的韩国语教学。从2007年于蒙古乌兰巴托建立起第一所世宗学堂起,11年的时间,截止2018年底,世界共有172所世宗学堂分布于57个国家。本文详细介绍了韩国世宗学堂建成的背景与历史脉络,得出,世宗学堂建设以历史经验为基础,国家法律为保障,并且在发展过程中,适应时代与时俱进,三次更换直接管理机构,在保证其“国家统一品牌”地位的前提下,不断巩固“中立化”地位,并获取商业红利。
King Sejong Institute is a national education brand belonging to the government that treats popularizing Korean language and culture as its mission. It offers practical Korean language learning opportunity to people who are willing to learn Korean language. Since the first KSI was established in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia in 2007, now it has 172 branches locating in 57 countries by the end of 2018. After introducing the background and history of KSI in detail, this paper concludes that the long history accumulation and strong support of national laws enforce the construction of KSI. During the process of its development, KSI keeps updating: in order to develop better, it changed direct management institutions for three times. Now, under the condition of forcing KSI’s national brand, Korea continuously consolidates its “neutral” position, and obtains business benefits from it.

Abstract:
截至2020年底,全球有70个国家将中文纳入国民教育体系。满足什么条件是被“纳入基础国民教育体系”呢?在考察学者将中文纳入国民教育体系的表述基础上,本文试图探讨中文进入基础国民教育体系的条件。中文被纳入基础国民教育体系指国家通过颁布法令、政令、课程大纲、教育大纲,考试大纲等形式,正式将中文以选修或必修的形式纳入国家中小学外语教育体系,在地区上有一定覆盖性。最后本文还提出“中文教育成熟度”和“中文教育重要性”两个指标来衡量中文在各国的发展情况。
According to the latest statistics, the Chinese language has been introduced into the basic national education system in 70 countries. On the basis of the data of 58 countries, this paper tries to discuss the measurement standards of it. The “basic” of the basic national education system refers to the primary and secondary education, and the “national” refers to the status and scale of the Chinese language in the education system. Only when a country formally announced that Chinese language will be an optional or compulsory course offering to students by enacting laws, decrees, promulgating Chinese education syllabus or examination syllabus, can we conclude that Chinese has been introduced into this country. This article proposes two indicators of maturity and importance of Chinese education, which can be used in practice based on understanding the status quo of Chinese education in various countries.
Automatic Mosaic of Multi-viewpoint Overlapped Image
不同视点重叠图象拼接方法研究

Abstract: The methods of multi-perspective mosaic ask mostly estimate the parameter of camera, the depth of every pixels, and more images. The ubiquitous disadvantage of these methods is over heavy calculation. On account of the difficulty of shooting on the sea, these methods will not serve the view of ship-handing simulator. So the mosaic method based on the simple 2D overlapped image is required, but the multi-perspective and shelter between the scenarios bring more difficulty. This paper construct a imaging geometric model of the overlapped images according the demand in view and background of ship-handing simulator, then proposes a automatic mosaic and smoothness method based on the most depth line on the vertical middle plane and the parallel line on the same depth plane. The experimental results show that the jointing efficiency of this algorithm is better, and it has wide application perspective at fields of multi-perspective mosaic.

Abstract: Shiphandling simulator is a device that can partly imitate the true environment at sea,and is specially designed to satisfy marine education and trains and maritime research etc.One of its key techniques is to create the virtual environment at sea,and the terrain is its important component.According to the needs of the real time visual display of the shiphandling simulator, this paper analyses the requirements of the geometry precision of the important islands and background hills which are within the ships' visible scope,and brings forward the modeling methods of the hill's pileup and the hill's silhouette edges based on contour lines.It also presents the definition of error that the hill's silhouette edges graph has been given and the effective scope of application,and firstly established the error criterion of terrain model that is built in shiphandling simulator.With these two kinds of method,the size of data storage can be minimized greatly,and the requirements of high update rate and geometry precision for the real time visual display of the shiphandling simulator can be satisfied.
