青海省祁漫塔格地区卡而却卡-虎头崖一带中晚印支期侵入岩与成矿的关系

Abstract: 卡而却卡-虎头崖矿区地处东昆仑西段祁漫塔格山中部,大地构造上位于祁漫塔格结合带与北昆仑岩浆弧一带,属于祁漫塔格-都兰华力西期成矿带,形成了规模较大的铜、铁、铅、锌、钼、锡、锑等矿床.该区构造上处于昆北断裂与昆中断裂之间,且岩浆活动极为强烈,区内发育花岗岩、闪长岩类为主的中酸性侵入岩,以华力西期-印支期岩体为主,其次为加里东期和燕山期岩体产出.实地调研及前人大量资料表明,在卡而却卡-虎头崖一带,以中晚印支期的岩浆活动最为发育,其侵入体与成矿的关系也最为密切(何书跃等,2008;王秉璋,2004;张晓飞,2011).

新型耐热植酸酶对断奶仔猪钙磷代谢及养分表观消化率的影响

Abstract: 本研究旨在探讨低磷饲粮中添加新型耐热植酸酶替代一部分磷酸氢钙对断奶仔猪钙磷代谢及养分表观消化率的影响。试验选用256头遗传背景相同、初始体重为(8.37±0.97)kg的30日龄断奶仔猪,按完全随机区组设计分为4个处理,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复16头仔猪。4个处理分别饲喂基础饲粮、低磷饲粮、低磷饲粮基础上添加500U/kg新型耐热植酸酶和低磷饲粮基础上添加1000U/kg新型耐热植酸酶的试验饲粮。试验期30d。结果表明:1)各处理之间血清钙、磷含量及碱性磷酸酶活性差异均不显著(P>0.05),但添加有新型耐热植酸酶的试验组仔猪血清钙、磷含量有升高的趋势。2)在低磷饲粮中添加500、1000U/kg新型耐热植酸酶一定程度上提高了蹄骨灰分率和钙、磷含量,但各处理间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)将仔猪趾骨制成骨骼切片后进行组织学观察,结果发现500、1000U/kg新型耐热植酸酶添加组趾骨骨密质较基础饲粮组和低磷饲粮组厚,骨松质较基础饲粮组和低磷饲粮组密集。4)基础饲粮组和新型耐热植酸酶添加组的钙、磷、能量及干物质的表观消化率显著高于低磷饲粮组(P<0.05)。由此可知,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加新型耐热植酸酶替代部分无机磷,能有效促进仔猪机体对饲粮中钙、磷的代谢,并显著提高饲粮中部分养分的表观消化率。综合各项指标,1000U/kg的新型耐热型植酸酶能起到更好的替代无机磷的作用。
方钢约束混凝土拱架补强机制研究及应用 Study and application of strengthening mechanism of square confined concrete arch with grouting holes

Abstract: 方钢约束混凝土(SQCC)拱架作为复杂条件地下工程中的一种新型支护方式,具备很高的支护强度和后期承载能力,而拱架留设的灌浆孔因局部削弱和应力集中效应而成为拱架的关键破坏部位,对拱架整体承载能力具有很大的影响,需对灌浆孔进行补强处理以提高拱架开孔后的整体强度.针对SQCC开孔短柱进行室内试验及数值试验,对比分析短柱变形破坏形态、荷载位移曲线及极限承载力等力学性能,研究方钢约束混凝土拱架补强机制;建立约束混凝土强度及经济指标,综合对比短柱补强效果.以SQCC150×8短柱为例,留设灌浆孔后短柱极限承载力相比SQCC短柱降低29.9%;侧弯钢板补强(ASS)后短柱的强度指标达148.7%,经济指标为90.8%,补强效果最好,且补强钢板长度在180~240 mm范围内,厚度为8 mm时,侧弯钢板对灌浆孔补强效果最明显,经济指标增长率最大.侧弯钢板补强试验结果在全比尺拱架室内试验中得到充分验证,在现场巷道支护应用中效果良好,研究成果为约束混凝土支护设计提供了依据.

Abstract:
目的:观察ERCP对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy LC)后出现急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis AP)的早期治疗效果。方法:收集2005年6月至2013年12月47例AP患者(均是胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术后),所有患者住院行ERCP + EST治疗,术中放置鼻胆管(Endoscopic naso-biliary drainage, ENBD)9例,胆管支架4例。结果:术中发现胆总管结石36例,9例胆总管下端狭窄,2例胆总管下端恶性肿瘤。术后未出现十二指肠穿孔、胰腺炎加重等严重并发症。结论:胆道因素依然是LC术后急性胰腺炎的首要因素,ERCP治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后急性胰腺炎有显著疗效。
Objective: To investigate the value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatitis (ERCP) in early diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods: The data of 47 cases with acute pancreatitis after LC in our hospital from June 2005 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were treated with ERCP + EST, 9 cases were cured with ENBD, 4 cases were placed stent. Result: 36 cases were choledocholithiasis, 9 cases were common bile duct stricture, 2 cases were maligment, and there was no severe complication after ERCP, such as gastroduodenal perforation. Conclusion: The major cause of acute pancreatitis after LC was biliary factor. For these cases, the treatment by ERCP was safe and effective.

Abstract:
随着信息化步伐不断加快,软件作为处理业务和提供服务的重要保障,其开发任务日趋繁重,各类管理软件也变得越来越庞大和复杂,这就对软件测试提出了更高的要求。为了节省大量的时间和开支,必须使用自动化测试技术代替效率低下的手工测试,节省软件测试成本,缩短产品发布周期[1]。Selenium是众多功能自动化测试工具中较为成熟的一个产品。当集成了WebDriver API,进入了Selenium 2.0时代后,其能力和影响力得到极大增强。本文研究了基于Selenium 2.0的自动化测试技术,对TestNg (Testing Next Generation)框架进行封装,并结合汽车行业软件申报零件多且重复性高的特点,在实际汽车软件平台中加以应用,不仅提升了软件测试工作的积累和复用度,而且有效保障了系统升级过程中的持续稳定性。
With the accelerating pace of the information technology, as the important guarantee for handling business and providing service, the development tasks of software are becoming increasingly arduous. All kinds of management software have become increasingly complex, which puts forward higher requirements for software testing. In order to save time and expenses, we must use automated testing technology instead of inefficient manual testing for saving software testing costs and shortening the release cycle of the product. Selenium is relatively mature in the automated testing tools. Especially after Selenium 2.0, the integration of Webdriver API significantly enhances its performance. Based on the software in the automotive sectors, this paper applies Selenium 2.0 to it with TestNg (Testing Next Generation) framework, which not only enhances the reusability and efficiency, but also improves the stability and reliability during system updating.
