Acute mediastinitis can easily develop after the perforation because of vasculare and physiological structure of the mediastinum and it is a very high mortality condition. The complex biomechanics and morphology of the femur proximal epiphysis are presented. This specific region in human femur is characterized by a high flexibility compared to that of other primates, since evolved lighter and longer due to the human verticalposition and more balanced loading. The nature and fine morphology of the femur head and its structural behavior have been investigated. Isotropic and orthotropic trabecular structures, which are not present in other primates, have been associa...

Spontaneous subcapsular kidney hematoma is a rare clinical condition with diagnosis and therapeutic challenges. The segmental renal artery anevrysmal rupture is a very exceptional aetiology. Renal angiography, performed in haemodynamically stable patients, shows the origin of bleeding and allows embolisation. We report the case of a 54 year’s old patient managed conservatively by selective arterial embolisation.
