Setaria Magna Griseb. (Poaceae), Primer reporte para Venezuela

abstract setaria magna griseb. (poaceae) is reported for the first time for venezuela, both description and figures are presented. this species had been collected in the states of ara-gua, carabobo, miranda and sucre, almost always around lakes. this is a preliminar result of the taxonomic study of setaria genus in venezuela that has been conducted by the author.
