Abstract:

采用共沉淀法制备无机氢氧化镁(MH)和氢氧化铝(ATH)复合阻燃剂,并将它和ATH分别用于压制阻燃中密度纤维板,探讨无机金属氢氧化物阻燃剂对中密度纤维板燃烧过程中的热释放性能、质量变化、烟释放性能和烟气毒性的影响。结果表明,添加无机氢氧化物的MDF的点燃时间延长;热释放速率和热释放量减小;MDF燃烧过程中质量损失速率降低,残余物质量增多;烟释放量明显减小,烟气中CO2和CO的生成速率降低,表现出显著的阻燃抑烟效果。与单一ATH相比,无机氢氧化镁铝复合阻燃剂体系中的MH和ATH具有协同阻燃效果,能更有效地降低热量释放和烟释放,提高阻燃效率,减少阻燃剂的用量。
The inorganic magnesium-aluminium hydroxide composite flame retardant was prepared by co-precipitation method.Then flame retardant medium density fiberboard (MDF) was pressed using magnesium-aluminium hydroxide composite and aluminium hydroxide (ATH) as flame retardant,respectively.Effects of different inorganic metal hydroxide on heat release performace,mass loss,smoke performance and toxicity of MDF were discussed.The results showed that the ignition time of flame retardant MDF prolonged,the heat release rate and the total heat release decreased,the mass loss rate declined during combustion and the mass of residue increased after combustion,the smoke release and the production of CO2 and CO in flue gas decreased.It showed significant flame retardant and smoke suppression effects.Compared to ATH,the magnesium hydroxide (MH) and ATH had synergisitic flame retardant effect in inorganic hydroxide compound system.It could more effectively reduce the heat and smoke release of MDF,improve the fire resistance properties and reduce the dosage of flame retardant
