Abstract:

摘要 目的:利用锥形束CT分析人下颌第一磨牙根分叉区解剖形态,为根分叉病变的诊断、治疗和预后提供理论依据。方法:选取203颗下颌第一磨牙的CBCT 影像学资料进行分析,测量下颌第一磨牙根分叉开口下2 mm的宽度、根柱长度并进行统计分析。结果: 根柱长度舌侧(3.06±0.71) mm大于颊侧(2.48±0.74) mm;根分叉开口下2 mm的宽度颊侧 (1.63±0.55) mm大于舌侧 (1.08±0.46) mm;两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别根柱长度、根分叉开口下2 mm的宽度无明显差异。结论: 与颊侧相比,下颌第一磨牙舌侧根分叉开口下2 mm的宽度更窄,根柱更长,且两者与性别无明显关系,以期为根分叉病变的诊断、预防和治疗提供一定的基础理论依据和临床指导
