改性B炸药的力学性能

Abstract:

为了解添加剂对B炸药力学性能的影响,分别添加2%的热塑性弹性体(VP-401和VP-501)、1%或3%的季戊四醇和丙稀醛缩合的热固树脂/硫酸二乙酯(123树脂/DES)、5%固化系数0.6和0.8的端羟基聚丁二烯/二苯甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(HTPB/MDI),制备了相应6个改性B炸药配方(B-1、B-2、B-3、B-4、B-5和B-6)。进行了静态压缩试验、巴西试验和分离式霍普金森压杆试验,获得了改性B炸药在静力压缩、间接拉伸和低速冲击作用下的应力-应变曲线。对比分析了改性B炸药的强度和韧性变化。结果表明,与B炸药相比,B-1和B-2的压缩弹性模量分别增加了1.49GPa和2.28GPa,压缩强度分别增加了6.7MPa和6.3MPa,其压缩弹性和韧性均好于B炸药。应变率500s-1时,与B炸药相比,B-3和B-4的动态压缩强度分别增加了1.99MPa和7.61MPa,而B-5和B-6的动态压缩强度分别降低了8.33MPa和19.47MPa。这说明,B-3和B-4的抗低速冲击能力提高,B-5和B-6炸药的抗低速冲击能力降低。
