5爆炸桥丝火工品的高压静电放电响应

Abstract:

采用高压静电放电模拟试验系统, 在250 kV, 1000 pF, 1 Ω的条件下, 对某爆炸桥丝火工品脚-脚和脚-壳两种静电放电方式下的响应特性进行了试验研究。结果表明, 脚-脚方式静电放电条件下, 火工品桥丝随加载电压的升高出现熔融、断裂以及爆炸等反应, 其50%概率断裂电压为56.33 kV, 但桥丝爆炸并未引起火工品发火。在脚-壳方式静电放电条件下, 火工品典型的响应特性为电极塞和壳体发生分离。分析认为, 爆炸桥丝火工品高压静电放电响应特性与静电放电的能量分布、火工品的结构组成及其起爆机理等有关
