环起爆位置对EFP成型的影响

Abstract:

针对环形起爆网络在多模成型装药上的应用问题,利用LS-DYNA仿真软件,通过改变环起爆位置,研究了起爆环距离药型罩的轴向距离和起爆环半径对形成侵彻体的速度、长径比等参数的影响规律.分析结果表明,起爆环半径对EFP成型的影响比较大,当起爆环半径从0倍增加到0.5倍装药口径时,EFP头部速度提高了37%,长径比增加了6.6倍;当起爆环到药型罩的轴向距离从0.34倍装药口径减小到-0.06倍装药口径时,侵彻体速度减小了42.7%,长径比降低了72.6%.数值模拟结果与脉冲X光摄影试验结果吻合较好,仿真与试验结果表明侵彻体速度和长径比与起爆环到药型罩的距离和起爆环半径分别呈线性变化和抛物线规律变化.
