减小帧内编码分辨率的快速算法

Abstract:

随着H.264视频编码标准的应用,转换编码的难度也越来越高.为了提高帧内编码图像分辨率减小的速度,提出了一种基于方向性的快速算法.实验结果表明,该算法在很少的图像质量损失下能节省23%的重新编码时间,从而提高了转换编码的实时性及带宽变换能力.
