钢桥塔节段局部稳定试验

Abstract:

?对带切角的钢桥塔节段模型进行了轴心受压局部稳定试验研究,得到了模型的局部失稳极限荷载、失稳模态、变形及应变规律。在此基础上,建立了钢桥塔节段的有限元模型,分别进行了第1类稳定计算和考虑材料、几何双重非线性及结构初始缺陷的第2类稳定计算。结果表明:第2类稳定计算得到的失稳极限荷载与实测荷载较为接近,两者相差10%;带切角矩形截面钢桥塔较矩形截面钢桥塔板件间的相关作用更加明显,对矩形截面钢桥塔进行切角,形成宽厚比较小的壁板,可以对宽厚比较大的弱板提供有效约束。
