电触点用Ag/Cr2O3复合膜的制备及性能研究

Abstract:

采用Ag与纳米Cr颗粒(平均粒径为30nm)共电沉积制备Ag/2.4mass%Cr复合镀层后经500℃空气中氧化两步法工艺,在Cu基体上制备出电触点用Ag/4.0Cr2O3复合膜.结果表明,Ag/2.4Cr复合镀层发生了Cr颗粒原位内氧化.与文献报道的采用合金内氧化法制备的常用Ag/MexOy型电触点材料(如Ag/12CdO)相比,所制备Ag/4.0Cr2O3复合膜的密度和电阻率相当,硬度更高.
