基于大数据理论的沥青路面碾压过程分析

Abstract:

梳理了大数据理论的概念和公路工程中大数据的基本来源.基于大数据基本理论,将质量管理的理念应用于沥青路面施工质量管理的实践中.研究和开发了沥青路面碾压质量过程控制平台,指出实时路表温度、压路机位置、振动加速度等参数能够作为沥青路面碾压质量控制的关键参数.将现场实时采集的路表温度、压路机位置、振动加速度等参数值通过GPRS将其传输至远端服务器,完成处理后返回现场供质量监视所用.以锁蒙高速第4标段的碾压过程数据为例,分析了碾压时刻压路机行驶速度、加速度以及路表温度的概率分布.进一步,基于指定路段内的碾压路径矢量图以及碾压参数分布状况能够对该路段碾压质量做出事后评价和质量追溯.
